We were staying downtown and the hotel recommended Pizza classic. Called and ordered delivery. They said it would be about 45 minutes. Well shoot it was way less. Delivery driver was super courteous. Pizza was excellent. When in SA we will think about them again! Thanks!

Very good pizza. Fairly thin crust. Nicely flavored meats and fresh veggies cut in the right sizes. Good sauce. Cooked just right. Delivery on time. Would definitely order again.

This pizza is delicious. It’s the perfect amount of saucy and cheesy with plenty of toppings. I ordered a large pizza with grilled chicken and tomatoes and an order of garlic parmesan bites. We dined in, and our pizza was out in a timely manner. The employees were very courteous and helpful. It was also awesome to see the owner of the store running deliveries and helping out in the back. I definitely plan on returning!

Wings… amazing! Calzones… awesome! Pizza… delicious! And, they make their own ranch… yummy! We stopped by after a fun day at the Doseum and I’ll be back when we visit the zoo. Don’t pass this place. The customer service was also superb. Seriously… great experience all around.

I love this place the food is so good! The chicken alfredo Pizza and the four cheese Pizza are so good! Their Italian sub is one of my faves a must try. I also like that they have a variety of uncommon drinks that most restaurants don’t have. The employees are always so nice there and they have the food ready for you pretty fast. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good Pizza and a laid back place to dine in.

good basic pizza. Not a lot of topping options but what they had definitely hit the spot. Not sure how much of a deal the buy one get one pizza pick up offer really is but we went for it and had a lot of leftover pizza!

Great pizza! Vegan cheese if you want it! No alcohol, but went with some friends and had no problem with us BYOBing in wine. Styrofoam cups though so BYOGlasses or just go with the foam! Seriously good pizza!

My favorite thing about this place, besides the food, are the freakin’ hours! Open late all week and even later on weekends. I have I’ve been here a few times now and have never had a bad experience. When I am in the mood for pizza this place is always at the top of the list.

First time at pizza classics and I’m impressed with the vegan pizza. It’s good, great price (buy one get one free). The toppings are flavorful and tasty. Upon pick up the staff was super nice and informative. All in all good vegan option in San Antonio.

For a pizza joint, this place is pretty great! My visit was on a weekday during dinner hours. Popped in to grab a couple medium-​sized pizzas. Nothing special, one meat, one veggie. While waiting you can watch all the magic happening. And I’m that dork that enjoys seeing hand tossed pizza being tossed. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. This pizza joint is big, lots of places to sit. Especially compared to its old location. They have a couple big screens to watch the game while you wait. The service was fast, helpful, kind and the food was tasty tasty. They run specials if you’re not super hungry for a full sized pizza or just wanting a quick bite for lunch. If memory serves one was for two slices and a drink for $ 6. The other was a slice, salad and a drink for $ 7. This is my pizza joint, and I’ll be back :)

Needed a night to recover for parties so iI opted to spend a night in my Marriott hotel room. I called bell services and he told me he orders from Pizza Classics. The pie arrived on time and it was the bomb! Thanks for the recommendation. Delivered hot to your hotel room. You can’t beat that

When you need food after 10, Pizza Classics is one of the top 5 places I go.
The space is casual, the servers laid back in a good way and their food tastes fresh.
I recommend their large pizza, it’s a good size and the price is a sweet spot.
Their toppings were fresh. We also had some of their wings which were tasty. In addition we had some pepperoni rolls which were very good.
If I were to dine solo I would get the pepperoni rolls and a drink, such a good combo.

Open Late! Only place serving awesome food @ 2 in the morning! Conveniently located steps from Clubbing/​Bars strip on Saint Mary’s, relocated from their long-​time locale on Broadway Street. Macaroni Pizza a must. All pizzas are BOGO! Amazing deal. Garlic Knots/​Bread were lackluster/​dry, but those wings were pretty damn good. But pretty much all the pizzas I have had here are amazing. Do it.

Right after the epic TCU game we decided to order pizza for an extra late dinner. The estimated delivery time was an hour and a half, but they got here in an hour! The pizza is absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 large pizzas — pepperoni with jalapeños, pineapples with jalapeños, and cheese to feed 7 people. They were made perfectly and our delivery guy was very nice as well!

This place was great! Price is right, Sauce was Amazing, $ 33 for to giant pies and it fed 6 adults and 4 kids! Hit the spot after visiting the zoo. Would love to return when we are visiting SA again!

It only gets a four because they don’t have a beer license yet. The salad was just right for the type of local joint. Small was enough to share. The bread sticks were huge. I recommend the Garlic butter. The pizza was very good and tasty. I am not a crust person but their crust was great.
The place is clean, well lighted and kid friendly. Please make sure child is too as the place is open and not too large.
Also gotta say the staff was very friendly and helpful. All have a style of their own and are working hard. They do a gangbuster take out business. The menu isn’t one of those where every possible combo is defined in detail, however if you ask for something where they have the fixings, I’m sure they’ll do it for you. I’m sure on busy days/​nights I’d keep that to a minimum as these guys working.
As usual don’t forget to tip your delivery guy and even leave something on the table if you eat in.

We ordered a Hawaiian and Meat Lovers pizza. The pizza came out fresh and hot. The cheese had perfect pull game and the crust was crispy.
The girlfriend and I had the munchies at midnight. So we decided to check this place out, man. I’m glad we did! Pizzas are fresh and aren’t made until you order. It’s a hole in the wall pizza joint with the cashier willing to answer any question. No tables though. So we just ate in the back of the suv, we didn’t mind.
Would definitely come back.

Not bad, not great. I’m pretty sure it’s the same recipe as papa johns for the crust. If you’re a fan of papa johns OR a fan of pizza at 2am, this is your spot. I was not impressed. One time and never went back.
Also the people answering the phone are really rude. This isn’t New York, we need service.

Pizza was average. The best thing about them was that they open late. We ordered the supreme pizza which had a enormous amount of toppings on it. And the cheese sticks which was basically just a cheese pizza without the marinara sauce, it was a bit dry for me. We tried to order the small pizza but the guy told me that it was the «same price» as the medium so of course I ordered medium. But when we paid and looked at the receipt, it was charged extra.
for future references, don’t fall for the «upgrade» cause it is NOT the same price.

Ordered 2 calzones with chicken, jalepeno, and pineapple. it was more of just a pizza with double crust. it was ok not bad not the best. dekivery to hotel was as described (45 minutes). $ 25 for 2 calzones delivered. they are open late night to 130a on a monday so thats a plus.

Pizza Classics is really convenient if you live near the Broadway/​Pearl area. If you’re looking for decent takeout or delivery pizza, this spot has good deals, late hours, and is consistent. Although I can’t tell you it’s my favorite pizza, it satisfies an 11pm craving. Many have mentioned the carryout 2 for 1 deal — can’t beat that. They are generous with their toppings, the cheese is real, sauce is hearty. The crust is thicker than my preference, but that may be your thing. I’ll stop here any night over a crappy chain so I can avoid the morning after. Don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about.

I may have found my neighborhood pizzeria, and I am not crazy impressed — here’s why:
Impressive
This place is fast during the dinner rush. I ordered two pies and a side at 6:45 and it was ready at 7pm.
The phone service was friendly and efficient.
The large pies were definitely large, and the cheesy bread was the size of a pizza pie, so there was ample food.
Non-​Impressive
$ 30+ for two pies and cheesy bread is a little steep, considering how cheap the ingredients are.
The pizza wasn’t delicious enough for me to fall in love with the place. Its proximity is what will cause my return.
Noteworthy
There are many deals on pie/​side/​drink combinations. There is a buy one, get one free policy with pick-​up pies.
