Pizza Hut

Unbelievably disappointed! I’ve ordered from them a couple times and had slightly long wait times but tonight my order is three hours late. I’ve called twice for an explanation on how a one topping medium pizza could be three hours late and all the girl who answered the phone said was «I don’t know, I didn’t process that order.» I pulled the «can I talk to your manager» line for the first time in my life and got hung up on twice.
I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE STEER CLEAR OF DELIVERY ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

As a former pizza hut manager, i was very displeased. Our pizza was cold on arrival. No icing was received with the cinna sticks. And upon calling the store to complain, the manager asked no questions about the order or complaint. I did get a $ 10 credit immediately but the was no initiative to correct the problem. I order the $ 10 box with the rectangle pizza and the corners of the pizza had only a bite of sauce and cheese. The rest was just crust. No pleased at all.

I ordered a dinner box. It includes a Mushroom rectangle pizza, cinna sticks, and bread sticks.
My hotel is just down the road, my pizza was not even warm, nor were any of the other items.
I sat it down to check and by the time I got to the door the driver was gone.
I was told an hour, it took longer. My total was $ 17 and change I gave the guy a $ 20 and said keep the change. Apparently I am rewarding bad service now as they refuse to refund the $ 20.
I stay here a lot for work, and will never order from them again. Horrible service and incompetent management. She could not issue a refund on untouched food without calling the GM at home.
Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.

This place is decent. We usually order online only. They don’t pay attention to instructions on the ticket even if all caps so that’s annoying. Product is still decent.

The wait for delivery is always an hour or longer. Ordered wings two different times. The first time I ordered 16 wings and was only delivered about 8or 9 of them. The next time I ordered 16 wings split with different sauce on each half. They got them mixed up. Wrong sauce on the breaded and traditional. All I have to say is that apparently the people can’t count and don’t pay attention to detail. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but when service lacks I must say something. Not ordering from here again.

This Pizza Hut sucks royally. I order delivery a medium pizza, bread sticks and cinna sticks @ 8:05 p.m. I don’t recieve my order until 10 p.m., 2 hours later. And then the order is wrong.

Delivery really sucks at this Pizza Hut. It’s always a 90 min or more delivery time regardless of the time of day. Order is never absolutely correct. Manager Meagan very rude & unsympathetic to my situation of traveling & can only order delivery so it’s out of the question to do carry out & check order before it leaves store. The only reason I continued to order was due to me being in town visiting for the month.

Service was good. But food wasn’t. Not good selection. That is if you like the thin cardboard crust pizza.

I like how the restaurant is really clean! I went there for the lunch buffet and it was pretty good. Makes it a nice place to go
during lunch because it’s fast and you get a lot of food.

My co-​worker and I went to this Pizza Hut for lunch and were very disappointed! The service sucked and they barely had any pizza on the buffet table. Their dinning area was full and they had about 3 pizza out at a time! It was ridiculous! Spent a whole hour basically waiting for more pizza to come out and only got to have 1 slice! Get with the program Mr. Pizza Hut manager! You should always be ready for a big crowd! Your Pizza Hut! Needless to say I will not be ordering at this store anymore!

Stopped by here to pick up pizzas for Super Bowl. Order was placed online. Paid cash and was told it would be 10 more minutes for our order. I know it was a crazy day to go out and get pizza. Super Bowl is one of the busiest day for delivery and pizza. The staff was wonderful even though it was busy. Employee offered us a drink while we waited. Which was a nice jesture.
I haven’t been to this location in over 3 years. The inside has been remodeled. The new décor, furniture & big screen tv made it feel like a nice place to eat. I say just watch Super Bowl here instead. Lol
I also loved how the had a truck in the parking lot that had homemade signs for advertising their specials for Super Bowl. Made it look like a tailgate advertisement. Pretty awesome idea. I didn’t give 5 stars because I didn’t visit the restroom.
