Scott came highly recommended to us by a group of real estate investors. We’ve used Scott for 2 rental properties for a wide variety of items, from getting it rent ready to handy man repairs after the tenants moved in, and he has always done a fantastic job. He is our go-to handyman because he is so accountable, reliable, and trustworthy. He is very responsive by phone, text or email, does quality work, and really goes out of his way to look out for our budget. For instance, when Home Depot ran out of the cement materials he usually uses, instead of buying something more expensive at Home Depot, he checked with Lowe’s and found it $ 20 cheaper per bag and passed the discount on to us. Scott is great to work with and we are so happy we found him. HIGHLY recommend him!
