Bianca saved my life. I went in with the aftermath of a terrible hair experience and she offered expertise and wisdom. I am so grateful for her! The prices are good and the service is wonderful.

I had never been to a Sally’s before and I think I came at a bad time for this store: everything was being re-stocked and there was no AC… Survived and had a super quick trip looking for a bun foundation/donut. The woman working there said she was a convert of the snap on bun. Tried it out and it works! It was not at all a terrible price either.

Did you know hairdryers can go bad? I mean, I knew they can short out and just flat stop working. BUT they can go BAD! So, I damaged some of my ends with a hair dryer that was too hot. After talking with my stylist I knew I needed to get a new one. I arrived at Sally with the thought that I would throw down $ 30 for a new dryer and call it a day. After talking with one and then another staff person, I was convinced to purchase something much nicer. Mind you, something my stylist had suggested too. So I ended up spending a small fortune on a dryer with an Italian motor that shoots out rainbows but I will tell you what — even without getting my hair cut I found it to be that much more manageable after a blow dry with the new dryer. Granted, I have since had the damage cut off. This dryer is the BEST thing that has happened to my hair since my current stylist. It is fabulous and worth every single penny. The staff knew what they were talking about, never strong armed me but let me know that for what I was looking for, $ 75 was going to be the minimum. I know I will be happy for years to come, after all, a nice dryer beats a hair cut every few weeks to mitigate damage. Investment!
