This place is amazing. I live in Fort Worth and will literally travel down here for a pedicure. It’s the only place i’ll get one. Why, you ask? Because i have seen how she cleans her tools and the chair. I’m a hugggeee germaphobe. I always get paranoid after hearing all the horror stories of nail salons, but Crystal takes care of her stuff. Bleach and all.
Price is competitive to other salons. You get what you pay for. Crystal does not rush you, she serves wine or water, and the color selection is great.
Give this place a chance. It’s fantastic!

Just used a Living Social voucher for a gel pedicure and couldn’t be happier! Rarely do you have the chance to relax for an hour and be pampered in a quiet serene setting. Crystal was great, her pedicure skills were top notch. I’ll definitely be back for another. Highly recommend!!!

My mother gets her nails done at this salon regularly and has only amazing things to say. They take their time, give excellent service, and are very friendly. Today is my first service with them and I agree that they are wonderful. I will be returning here on my future visits to San Antonio. A friend purchased the Groupon for me and her to get mani/pedi’s together. First of all, they are very quick to point out the difference between Groupon customers and their regular customers. They won’t even let you call during regular business hours if you have the Groupon (only 7−9pm).
This small salon is a husband/​wife team located in the Salons by JC building (suite #1). Although I appreciated the fact that they had Axxium available (same thing as Shellac), the application wasn’t very neat and it was very unevenly applied. My pedicure was also a bit messy, probably because their next appointment was already waiting.
It’s been a week and my nails are still in tact, but I can’t say that I’m really happy every time I look at them. I’ve had much better experiences at other salons offering gel manicures.
