Salsa Sleep Apnea Labs of San Antonio

I have been completely disappointed in the service I have received at Salsa. I’ve had to call repeatedly to get information, when I was told I would be notified. I had to complain about the lack of response I was getting in order for them to do their jobs. Finally now that I’ve completed the study, I’ve yet to receive the results. I was told I would have the results the following week, and never heard back from anyone. When I called I was told they were waiting on a tech to review something in my results and they would have that done the same day and give me a call. Three weeks later, still have not heard from anyone. I would never use them again and will be looking for alternatives for any other needs I have.

Scary place with garage sale furniture. Only had a male tech on staff for a female patient. Told me they would email me the results and they never did.
