Again bad service. I could hear this girls attitude through the intercom … then when I get up to the window to pay my order is wrong and she looks at me like I’m a jerk… not only that but she then won’t look at me anymore and has someone else hand me my drinks.

I am NEVER returning to this Starbucks, the people here are really slow. Even at a time when it’s practically dead, I waited for almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee with only 2 orders in front of mine. I’ve been to many Starbucks before and none are like this one. There’s only one person making drinks and everyone else behind the bar is talking. I know getting my drink is not always going to be fast, but when it’s as slow as it was on the day I went, they should be going a little faster, and less people should be standing around talking.

Very slow service. Barista is very Rude!!! So sad that Targets Starbucks is so much better than this location. Wish management would hire friendly staff.

I don’t see why it has bad reviews because of the drive thru. The wait was nothing. Try going to a drive through in Miami and experience what real waiting is. The girl at the window was super nice. The coffee was great and got me through another few hours of driving.

I really can’t figure out these low reviews. It’s a Starbucks, for god’s sakes. I’ve always had a good experience here, going back to the days when the Air Force still had a presence at Brooks. When I worked on this side of town, I’d stop in for an occasional coffee or green tea. Never had a problem then, and still don’t. The staff has always been pleasant and the service has been quick. Perhaps an“I’d like” instead of a «Gimme a» would soften the experience. And a «please» and«thank you» go a long way to having the person behind the counter afford you the respect you desire. Just remember, it’s coffee that you pay more than some people make in a week. Lighten up and enjoy your coffee concoction of the season.

Juan in the drive– thru(Sept. 2015) was not helpful with my coupon. I missed out on my free drink because he could not or did not want to explain the fine print. My husband almost gave him a knuckle sandwich!!! Anyway, yea, I will just go to Starbucks at Target across the street or brave it and go downtown on Houston street.

I’m at this location quite a bit on the weekends, usually just through the drive thru, and I finally realized today that I haven’t done a review for this Starbucks! Probably because every time I’m here, I’m so underwhelmed. For a corporate business, it’s never clean, never organized, never well-stocked, never very friendly, and most importantly, the drinks are never made quite right. Today my caramel macchiato tasted thin and watery and there was barely any drizzle on top. It just seems like the employees at this one are careless, and it’s certainly not because they get drinks out quick. They always have a line, and never seem to be able to handle the rush. Several times I’ve witnessed employees wandering aimlessly or not helping their counterparts out while watching them struggle. Honestly, the Starbucks at the Target across the road is faster and puts out better beverages! 5 stars= Driving across town just for this! 4 stars= I would recommend visiting. 3 stars= Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars= You might be able to drag me in. 1 star= I will definitely not be returning.

OK they are getting slower every week. Today I am already waiting for 15 minutes on my coffee and half of them are in the back chatting. I k ow Starbucks all over the country and overseas. I have never seen one that is that slow. I mean really they work like pound water and nothing is moving. They know that the nearest other Starbucks is downtown so they have a monopoly here. But this isn’t a reason to be that slow. Maybe I asked cooperate if they can improve the service as this Starbucks gives the label a very bad name. And yes the one star is for the slow service. I am always getting the same stuff, there is almost no chance to mess that up.

The girl at the register, heather was very sweet and patient… unfortunately the woman making the drinks(only one woman making drinks) was slow… very slow. She seemed very unorganized and during my 35 minute wait I saw multiple customers complain about wrong drinks. Not sure why this girl is being the barista because she is simply not good at multitasking the way she needs to in that position. I hope the management wakes up and hires more capable staff.

I understand things happen, but no bags for the two cups that I just bought is a little ridiculous. Poor management and delegation to get things done. They had nothing to wrap my two glass cups not even newspaper or cared to look.

This Starbucks always has a super long line because of the staff. When you drive up to the window they are normally standing there talking. At our regular Starbucks(Round Rock 79) they greet you immediately when you drive up to the window. It takes between 3 – 5 minutes before they even open the window and acknowledge you. It doesn’t appear that they have enough people working. It takes 30 minutes to get through the line. On top of the SLOW service they are out of something EVERY time we go. They have been out of Splenda twice and today they were out of Venti cold drink cups — meaning we couldn’t even get the drinks we wanted. We gave this location several changes but doesn’t meet the standards that we are used to at our Round Rock locations.

There was one person in line ahead of me yesterday and four drinks that were delivered ahead of me when I got to the pick up station. Two of the drinks were never picked up by anyone. When I made a comment about that to the guy who finally delivered my very simple gingerbread latte to me 7 ½ minutes after I ordered it(based on the time on my watch and the time on my receipt), his comment to me was«but you have your drink, right?» Voice was completely polite but if I were him I think I might’ve kept my mouth shut. On the plus side my oatmeal was hot and delivered to me before I left the cashier. There were at least two people roaming about doing God knows what but not delivering drinks or food to any patrons. Only one espresso machine was being worked and most of the intention of the baristas seemed to be on the drive thru. I stop here almost every time I go into San Antonio and the service has never been quite this bad. There were a couple of new faces but no one seems to be managing the staff actively by giving any direction or even looking to see what might not be being done well. The women’s restroom was also locked the entire time I was there but no out of order sign was posted. It made me wonder about where the owners of those two never picked up drinks might be.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, I get that. But avoiding this location is b3st. Hands down worst customer service I’ve experienced from a starbucks. Mush mouth staff working drive thru, no eye contact and it’s rare to receive any sort of «thank you come again». Disappointing.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Dirty and completely unorganized. Came in on Sunday afternoon when things were slower. Can’t imagine a busier week day. They got my order wrong(they didn’t repeat at the register like normal), but got it on the second try. Glad I don’t live in the area.
