Sadly my experience hasn’t been as glowing as others. I have found the recent onsite personnel to be rude and honestly not very helpful. Not sure what happened to the previous woman who always smiled and seemed grateful that I rented there. The current man should be fired. So so tired of his condescending arrogant attitude. For gods sake, you are selling rental space not bentleys.

I loved the services they used to provide at this facility, but all my good will towards them has evaporated. They have always signed for wine deliveries and notified me when there were deliveries for me, but today they informed me that unless they have the key to my storage space and there is enough space in my locker for the UPS delivery person to place the delivery in my locker, they will refuse to sign or accept delivery. If there is a delivery for 3 boxes and the storage space can only hold 1 box, they will refuse the whole delivery. First off, I started storing wine there because there are people there to sign for my deliveries. This is something every wine storage facility provides as part of their service. Second, I don’t think it’s unreasonable if I do not want the manager of any storage facility to have access to my stored property any time they choose. Who will be assuming liability if he breaks a bottle of irreplaceable wine? Pretty sure no one from the storage will be stepping forward. Thirdly, I was informed today that if I don’t have enough vacant space in my storage locker for the UPS delivery boxes, it will be refused. They will not rearrange the locker nor will they take wine out of the bulky shipping boxes. So… let me understand this, sounds like I will need to rent a storage locker, keep it empty, just so this facility can sign for my 3 or 4 shipments of wine each year?! Just to clarify, signing for wine delivery is a service every wine storage facility provides. I’m not some whinny wine snob thats asking for a service than is not provided by any other wine storage facility around the country. I’m paying around $ 4 per bottle per year to store wine there, most places around the country charges ½ that. I have not complained once about their frequent rate hikes and increasingly rude messages informing me that I have to pick up my delivery«now»(I still have not erased that phone message). But now, as soon as my contract is up, I will be looking for another facility. That is no way to treat a customer.

Great storage place esp. for wine. Would give them 5 stars but they went up on their prices. Love that they have security cameras and it’s gated and they give you a code to get in after the gate so it’s very secure. Also the front desk has been very nice by accepting some of my orders when I have been out of town. That is an added plus. I have one of the smallest wine storage space but it easily holds about 150 – 170 bottles. I have been with them for 2 years and am quite pleased.

Great facility– but twice now– I’ve had my access blocked after paying online– and since there is nobody on site on Sundays– you are screwed if you need to get in on the weekend(cost me $ 50 for a delivery driver today!!) and– after being there for a year– they tried to up my cost by 25%; even now I’m paying 17% more than the advertised rate(not counting the half-priced tease for new renters) Otherwise nice bunch of people– just don’t depend on this place if you have to!

Plenty of available units and pricing just about matches or is better than every other storage business. Their location is convenient if you live near the 1604⁄281 area. They even pro-rated my 1.5 month lease, when I thought storages do only full month rentals. Very helpful owner, clean unit and premises, and cameras everywhere to insure security. One less star as the lock required on their storage units cannot be found anywhere except online or at their front office.
