Stowers Furniture Co

We bought an expensive dining room set from Stowers a few years ago. We were told the chairs had leather seats and seat backs. After about 4 years with very little use, the fake leather chairs began peeling. This was not what I expected after dropping serious cash for this purchase. In short, the sales person was dishonest and the company has no intentions of making this right.

Went here with our interior designer, so this review may not reflect your experience if you fly solo. Take that for what it is. Our designer knew every inch of the place and worked well with the very friendly, well informed, and helpful staff. The store staff educated us on several pieces and offered us additional discounts not on the tags. The furniture here is clearly of higher quality than competitive furniture stores, and the prices reflect that. However, the discounts offered are real and make the items well worth your hard earned dinero. We left with furniture that will last us longer than we’ll like (ie, they’ll go out of style before they wear out). They allow a 25% down payment and free storage until delivery. Very impressive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Was recently in looking for ideas for refurnishing several rooms in my house. I was greeted by a young woman named Anna Maria Gomez who took the time to show me around the store and show me everything currently in stock. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable without being pushy in contrast to some salespeople in a few other local stores. When I make my decision on which pieces I want, I will buy them here from her. Great store with a wide and classy selection.

Looking for a new loveseat and sofa. Little pricier on some stuff. Great selection, from really old classics to modern and then some W.T.H. were they thinking stuff. I was greeted when i walked in and was checked on from time to time. Not pushed into looking at items I did not want. Just nothing that fit me.

My downtown living partner in crime needed some furniture and was set to peep some couches at Stowers. Even though he’s «not the indecisive type» it sure took awhile for him to decide on a couch. Of coarse he found the perfect match in the Modern section towards the back of this massive establishment.
Walking into Stowers you are greeted by several sales representatives. It’s a little harsh, but I know the business! Everyone strives to make a sale and the sale goes to the most effective and helpful representative. Our gal was hilarious. She always had something to say and was always positive. She was very helpful directing my friend to all the «male» enthused places and hit the spot basically every time.
I couldn’t believe how much furniture they had! Beds, couches, fine pieces of art, vases, outdoor furniture, you name it, they have it. I walked around for over an hour just looking at stuff. It was really fun if you’re ever into buying furniture put Stowers on your list.
