I spoke to Brayson and he showed up at my house within a few hours so I decided to list my house with him. He sent an amazing photographer over the next day and my house was listed immediately after that. Brayson was able to list my house for more than I thought i could get and my accepted offer 3 days later was even higher than my asking price. They have several assistants to help with paperwork and other tasks and a separate agent for showings of new houses. Jonathan was my sales agent and he showed me many condos until I finally decided to buy one. He was able to get the seller to pay a big chunk of closing costs even in a sellers market. Jonathan was very helpful and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I was totally satisfied with the sale of my home and purchase of a new one. All signatures except for closing were done electronically through my phone so that saved alot of time and trouble. You will love the smooth process with team infinity!

I was searching for a month on all kinds of different websites and I was getting a little discouraged because the houses I liked were not available. I found Team Infinity and soon learned this was because those sites do not take down sold properties frequently. Ben Hendrix from Team Infinity was a wonderful help! He educated me on the market and locations, he narrowed down properties for me and saved me a huge headache. He found me the perfect house in less than a week. He was easy to get a hold of with texting/​emailing/​calling and was quick to respond. I will definitely be using him again. I highly recommend him and his team!

Man this guy is so patient, he has shown me so many homes but I am a little picky but he continues to give suggestion and find homes that I will like. I truly appreciate brayson for his dedication and patience, always a phone call away and willing to do anything to find you your perfect home or lot.
You wont go wrong with having Brayson has your agent. team infinity is excellent.

You really can’t go wrong with Team Infinity. We’re moving from Austin to San Antonio, and were looking to buy a home. Some friends referred us to Brayson Verzella at Team Infinity, and I’m so glad that we were able to work with him. He put up with numerous weekends of looking at once house after the next, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to choose something that didn’t feel right. Since we were coming in from out of town, he made every effort to accommodate our available time frames.
Brayson knew the city well and was able to steer us to the houses and neighborhoods that fit what we were looking for. He was really intuitive in understanding what we wanted, and went way out of his way to make sure we found it. We closed on our new house on Wednesday, and we couldn’t be happier with it!
All that to say, if you’re looking to buy a home in San Antonio, go with Team Infinity. They’ll get the job done and provide outstanding support along the way.
