Maybe they just didn’t like me there for some reason but the customer service was not great. Dropped off an animal for processing and it took 7 business days to get it back. When I called on the date it was supposed to be ready, the gentleman on the phone was very short with me and it seemed like he was insulted that I had called. Even though it was two business days after I was told it would be ready. Unless there is absolutely no other option in San Antonio, I won’t be going back.
I do have to say their after hours drop off is pretty convenient though. Maybe I just happened to catch them on a couple of bad days.

Great customer service. I came from California and asked for a rush. They finished my buck quickly with several specialty orders. They were very helpful while weighing and packing for our flight.

I echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer regarding the outstanding customer service at this facility. I also came from California and Bradley (who I think is the owner) was great. In addition to getting my order processed and packaged within a couple of days, he was very patient and helpful while I placing my order. It was also great to have taxidermy services available on-​site. Truly a one-​stop shop. It’s too bad he is so far away from my home!
