I am so thankful that Trey was able to get our phones working today… he’s by far one of the best IT guys that’s been a blessing to this office. If he can not fix it right then and there he will find a way to get it done. I’m so glad that we have the computer shop for our needs. Thank you

DON’T USETHISSHOP. They fixed my PC however now I have no virus software. Don’t return calls and when I finally got through their advice was to download again. It wasn’t free software. The attitude of the consultant was disgusting.

I had the tech come out to my home. They set up my new printer and installed an anti virus on my computer. He was very helpful, and completed the job with in an hour. So I was very happy with my bill at the end of the job. No hidden fees or up charges, was charged the exact amount I was told over the phone.

Very helpful they fix my MacBook within proper time. Great customer service explain everything they do. They notify you on anything that might be needed also very fair pricing on everything. They very knowledgeable and will use again for future services.

This is my first visit to The Computer Shop. After searching the web thoroughly and checking with BBB, I decided to take a chance with this business. I took my PC in for repairs. First, the shop reception area is clean and well organized. There’s a large white board on the wall with their menu of services and prices. The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and LISTENED to me without interruption. I appreciated this. After I explained my issues, he gave me an estimate of what the repair cost would be, along with an explanation of what would be done. About 4 hours later I received a call from one of the techs, who gave me an update and also informed me that one of my issues wasn’t actually a problem at all. I really appreciated that, as they could have easily sold me something I didn’t need. Today, I received a call from an employee to inform me that my PC was ready for pickup. I went in and again was greeted by a very courteous employee. I paid my bill and was on my way. My PC is running great and back online again. I would highly recommend The Computer Shop and will definitely return to them in the future. Btw, they also have an excellent rating with the BBB and have been in business since 1997. Great job, guys!
