I have never dealt with a more heartless unprofessional place in my life. The company managing this place is greedy and scum bags. Specifically the assistant manager Sky Powell. My daughter lost her job and worked with them to pay her rent last month in which she did. They are now charging her court fees and late fees that way exceed her normal rent. My daughter has zero family in the area so has no place to go. She can cover this months rent and the late fee but they will not take a partial payment for court fees or provide a receipt that they were even filed in the first place. Because she couldn’t cover the so called«court fee» she refused my daughters rent. I was told that judges in San Antonio will evict a 20yr old that can pay the contracted rent and late fee if she doesn’t pay the«court fee» now. No arrangement will be made and they refused her entire rent payment and said she will be in court before Christmas. The sad part is my daughter told them three weeks ago that her next paycheck wouldn’t be until the 4th and asked if she could pay then. This Sky person says NO we will evict you. I have never heard of a place that would rather get zero money than actually working to retain their tenants. Add to this the poorly maintained apartments and complex, this is the worst place I have ever encountered EVER. STAYAWAY

Well first off new management sucks! 1. Because they are very rude and snappy with you and dont care what you have to say unless your handing them money 2. Because they raised fees and never put out a notice for it. 3. They are seriously charging a fee for paying rent with a check or money order but you cant pay in cash and you have to go the office to make account for paying online. Moving in the place was far from ready the molding around the house is not finished and they refuse to fix it. There is black mold in my bathroom and they just painted over it so the paint is now peeling off. My bathroom sink has been clogged since day one and they still have not fixed it. They also don’t allow you to hang up the American flag or post it anywhere on your property or a lease violation will come. also I was only one week late on my rent first time my whole lease that ends in december but they immediately sent me to court for it but there are people here that haven’t paid for 3 months and only have to pay one month rent to stay, also all the apartments aren’t the same price I’m paying $ 650 for a one bedroom while one of my neighbor’s only pays $ 515 for the same one bedroom and we are even in the same building. I recommend not living here and I personally can’t wait to leave this complex.

WORSTPLACETOLIVE! This place is pure crap! The building is more than 30 years old so everything is falling apart. The move in conditions to this place was carpets that wreaked of animal urine & one of the rooms not even including a ceiling fan or light. The shared bathroom had black mold on all of the walls which never got taken care of. It took forever to get any maintenance done unless we happen to flag down a maintenance guy & tell him our concerns personally. The office is probably the most unprofessional office. We never received a lease even after multiple times of asking. And the office staff are rude and don’t know how to be professional. This place is terrible save yourself some grief! Also the neighbors were loud all the time. Worst place to live! This place shouldn’t even get a star!

I will honestly have to agree with the other entries on here about this apartment complex. It has been one of the worst experiences in apartments I’ve lived in. I’ve been here almost two years, but its only because this apartment is «convenient» in terms of its location for me. They had me originally signed up for a two-bedroom apartment that i toured, like and agreed on, but then when move-in came along, i was in a completely different one altogether, less appeal, etc. I did not want to argue with the office staff, because it will get you no where. Since i’ve been here, i think i’ve seen about three sets of office staff in and out of that place. There seems to be a lack of consistency with the staff and maintenance overall and the«word» they keep. I pay for a gated community, but the damn gates are open 24 hours a day. This is not the best area of town by the way, but to each their own. I just feel that this complex has the potential, but they want to just gouge you for your money and do not care for the effects their decisions make for us tenants. Like Patrick O, states, if you are looking here, honestly look elsewhere.

Worst apartment experience ever. First thing — the maintenance team is awesome! The handle issues very quickly and effectively. You get what you pay for with the property(I signed on with a nice special, but it was a heck of a time with the leasing office). Main issues: — Unsafe — little to no lighting. My truck was broken into. A neighbors truck was put on blocks and all four rims/wheels stolen. Other car windows smashed in. Gate is rarely shut. –Unsanitary — The dumpsters are generally full, with people who will come in and dig through the dumpsters, putting trash everywhere. If you’re looking to pick up(or dispose of) a couch, there are plenty in the dumpster at back of the property. –Unruly — plenty of shady people there, often smelled like weed. Never mind all of the kids that come over from the complex across the way to use the basketball courts and pool, often leaving trash and their stuff everywhere. –Unhelpful — the office staff generally didn’t know what they were doing. They put me in the wrong apartment, had issues with payment and billing, were extremely hard to get a hold of(if you could get someone at all). If you’re looking here, I’d look somewhere else. Anywhere else.
