True Results of San Antonio – Bariatric Weight Loss Center

Consultation 1÷21÷15… The location was easy to find, but the office itself must have been the basement of the tower it was dark and cold. Much like the staff, nobody greeted upon arrival was told to sign in and have a seat. This experience was much like an assembly line– sign in, fill in paperwork, get weighed/​measured, watch a little video and speak to staff regarding insurance and your out. It must be a vicious daily cycle because staff looked tired.
They do have the willingness to help you, ins. is verified and other payment options are available. There willingness to help was so good I was asked to get checked for acid reflux symptoms (WHICH I DON’T HAVE) to reduce payment on a procedure. I thank them for trying to keep my business since my insurance was No Bueno.

I first visited True Results in August of 2013. The staff was amazing and had such a willingness to help me lose weight. I had my Lap Band procedure in October of 2013 with Dr. Wright and he took such good care of me.
Since then I visit True Results every two weeks and the staff has really become like family. They are some of my biggest supporters and accountability partners. The keep me on track and have helped me drop 8 pant sizes. I am incredibly grateful to the entire True Results organization.
