Victoria’s Secret

Typically you do get great service at Victorias secret. Why only 3 stars you ask? Their line at the registers had no rhyme or reason and just makes a pleasant shopping experience into a frustrating one. Such a shame. This is where you’re taking my money why do you want to frustrate me? I came in today to purchase a gift card for a friend. I had to wait in line of course. There is no line system and customers snap at each other as to who was there first. Not cool, come on Victorias secret get it together! Holidays are coming, don’t force me to take my money somewhere else or YIKES shop online! !

Tia was superb! From the moment I walked into the store, Tia was amazing. She introduced herself, I told her what I was looking for and she directed me straight to the right items. I purchased 4 bras from 3 different collections, and matching panties. I felt like I was shopping with my sister, and I can’t wait to see her again, LOL! Thanks Tia for all your help and recommendations, I’m in love with my purchases!

We had the nicest and most helpful associate help my daughter get fitted for her bra, but the cashier did not ring our transaction correctly so I had to go back to get it fixed. The lines were insane long and SLOW, and the cashier that helped us with the return was the biggest brat I’ve experienced in a while. After getting totally harassed by her and even a shopper in line (yes, it’s true), I walked out of there and swore off ever stepping foot in there again. The guy manager tried to soften the punch in the face experience I had, but I’d rather shop elsewhere…

Never had a good shopping experience at this particular Victoria’s Secret store. The girls that work there are not very friendly. I’ve been to other Victoria’s Secret stores with much better service and that seem better organized. I don’t know if it’s because of the amount of people that come in the store but the store often seems cluttered.

Thrilled with the service here. Shanise (no clue how to spell her name, I’m sorry!) was a fabulous help to me after a very frustrating shopping experience at the VC in San Marcos. As a girl who had never been measured in the first place and after a pretty major weight loss, I was totally clueless as to what size I am now nor how a bra should really fit. She took her time to measure me properly, explain how to adjust everything, put me in several styles to show me the differences and see what exactly I wanted the bras to do for me, and even was able to explain why I’d been having some of the frustrations I was having based on my body type. She took her time with me and made sure I wasn’t getting frustrated or overwhelmed and I walked out one very happy customer with something that fits properly and makes me feel awesome. I’ll definitely go back here if I (or the «girls») need some help again. Also, the new location in the mall is great, clean, and well-​organized, and I’m happy to see them in an appropriately-​sized store again.
