Walmart Supercenter

Worse sevrice ever bad attitude I bought tires never got call that my truck was ready then I go they said they closed early my truck would be ready next day. Came today truck still not ready also manager has horrible attuiude

Had to leave our cart full of groceries tonight. The whole front of the store was packed with people waiting to check out and they had 2 lines open. 50 people at least we’re waiting. Not sure why this is typical for Walmart. Frustrating to do your grocery shopping and then have to leave without the food.

Let me start off by saying, anyone who knows me knows I am a WALMART SHOPPER! I love Walmart, just cause I do… But this one!!! This one right here! I am sorry, I got a bit excited, but this Walmart!!! I ran in to grab an umbrella and some chapstick, thats it! I passed 4 employees and they all made me feel so welcome! Not the stalkerish kind of help, but an authentic, hey there! How are ya? Good morning type welcome! Like I was supposed to be here! I so wish that all Walmart’s had the same customer service as this one. It should be required to be nice to the customers… if any of the other Walmart’s need any assistance in that department, this one has it on lock!

The 5 stars are for the two employees that i encountered today. i was going to call WalMart to give them compliments but no one would answer the phone so i’ll hafta post here:
1. Was a young lady (i didnt get her name) but she had long blonde curly hair & was wearing glasses & was working the self check out. She was very pleasant despite the fact the Payment system went down & u could only use cash or ck & it was a little crazy. She didnt get agitated because i was having several issues w the register. i also didnt get get enough money from the ATM to pay for all my items so she held them for me while i got more cash, then she ckd me out herself.
2. Was a very nice man named Dan who followed me to my car to give me a bag i had walked off & left behind because i was n a partial coma from my job & handed them to me, we talked 4 a few minutes so i was able to see his name tag…
Peeps talk trash abt Walmart but if u pay attention there are some really nice people working there :)

New store that open recently (²⁄₃ months) who in the heck did they hire to run this place because its filthy. I mentioned to their supervisor that the bathroom was nasty all he had to say was «ok» then snickered with another employee.
