One of the best parties!!! I have gone for a second year now and it is a super well organized event. I know that what we are doing is for a good cause and all of the people there are so friendly and welcoming.

Webb party, is/was, by far my favorite Fiesta event, and I’m sad to see it not be a part of the Fiesta lineup– but I also can’t wait to see what lies ahead as the event moves to Halloween in the future. The Webb party benefits the San Antonio Aids Foundation. The entertainment is always fun to watch(this year there were pole dancers, hello!). There are also lots of freebies given out. I have attended Webb Party for the last four years, and the food offerings have always been good and top-notch. There is a wine station that serves everything from Cava to a luscious red; my only wish is that the station didn’t shut down early. Full bars were in every corner of the event, offering up basic mixed drinks or yummy and inventive concoctions(can anyone say, chamoy cocktail?-YUM). You’ll see me at the next Webb party for sure :)

The WEBB party is the one event I really look forward to during Fiesta. I was fortunate to be at the last Fiesta event(2015) before it debuts during October around Halloween. This is not your kid nephews party, yall. This year I witnessed some very talented male and female pole dancers, a few very fit men in less than what I wear to shower… work in the crowds, and as always a few very entertaining lip sync numbers that would make RuPaul proud. All to raise money for the San Antonio Aids Foundation. There are drinks, food, and fun galore with the purchase of your ticket. Go the extra mile and dress as the theme while you mingle with vendors drink in hand. See you all at the next WEBB event, ya hear?

I absolutely adore the Webb Party! Having attended the event over the past few years I am sad to learn that this year was the final year of it being an Official Fiesta Event, but with that being said, I am also excited to see what the Halloween edition will bring. The Webb Party is San Antonio AIDS Foundation’s(SAAF) largest fundraiser of the year. Each year dozens of vendors, restaurants, bars, businesses, etc set up booths that allow party-goers to sample all sorts of delicious eats, tasty(and strong) drinks, and take home all sorts of fun goodies(I’m looking at you ). Each party boasts a unique and colorful theme and the Lambermont Estate is always decorated beautifully. They also offer free and confidential HIV and STD screening during the party as well, get tested, know your status. While the party itself comes with a pretty steep ticket price, it’s important to point out that once inside the event, everything is free, part of your ticket is tax deductible and, most importantly, it all goes to a good cause. So there you have it! Thank you SAAF for all you do and for consistently putting on a beautiful and fun event for all to enjoy. See you in Oct. Viva Fiesta!
