I usually have never had any problems coming here, but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had! The female cashier with brown hair and a nose piercing was very rude. My boyfriend was unsure as to what sandwich he wanted when we first arrived and because of this the girl was immediately annoyed, rolling her eyes not even trying to conceal her annoyance. When we were ready to check out she was huffing and puffing the whole time mumbling under her breath being very disrespectful. Cmon girl it was an hour before closing and all you had to do was put our order in. It’s not hard.

Same problem, food is good but service sucks. The staff is consistently rude. Not fun at all.

Which Wich has pretty good sandwiches. I ordered the chicken with the lettuce wrapping and hummus, and it was pretty good; at least, a LOT better than the Jimmy John’s unwich sandwiches. It’s true that Which Wich has a complex ordering system, but it’s highly customizable. And from what I’ve noticed, they use a lot of fresh ingredients and include a lot of meat — I think that the next time I go, I’ll ask for half meat since I’m not a big meat eater. A few of my friends got online deals for free cookies and ate them after their meals. I would go again for the convenience.

A somewhat difficult system of ordering if you’re a first-timer, but as far as the sandwich goes, it’s one of the better fast-casual places around. So, for the uninformed, you have to pick your type of sandwich, and then get a corresponding paper bag. Then, you use a sharpie to fill out the specific sandwich, your toppings, sauces, etc. The choices are pretty plentiful, and there are some more uncommon ones like sriracha to go with your mayo and mustards. It’s led to some pretty tasty combos, like a tuna salad sandwich with a spicy kick, and a really satisfying Italian combo on toasted bread. More choices and quality ingredients make this one a winner, especially at a moderate price. I’d eat here over Subway or Quizno’s all day.

First time here and the last… This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I was only able to eat half then toss the other in the the trash… My teenage son did the same thing. Next time. I’ll just hit fire house.

Love the sandwiches here, it’s a nice and convenient location to our house and I stop here frequently. I enjoy the Sriracha Tuna, Italian, and the turkey club. Oh and the Reuben is decent too. Always friendly and clean and quick. Just what I want in a fast food sandwich shop

Confusing for a new person to order. With no help from the staff-unless they yell from the kitchen or behind the stove. I ordered a pita. It was stuffed beyond the brim. The«spam lamb» meat thru me off. I was off put for paying $ 9 for a spam pita. I mean Huh? Wtf. The building was nice and clean. Thus I gave them a star for it.

My wife and I finally visited after a year of living a mile away; BOY did we make a mistake in waiting! My wife craves crab and avocado. She admitted after her first bite that asking for their smallest size sandwich was a mistake, so now Subway and the(next door) Panera sandwiches are secondary choices. The choices for ingredients are extensive, and my Reuben contained exactly my choices including an extra ingredient normally not included. Bottom Line: While typing this I am probably smiling.

I was addicted to chipotle before finding this awesome place. I’ve seen it quite a few times and just pass it by, telling myself its the same ol’ sandwhich place… man was I wrong! There are so many different options to choose from! YOUCANNEVERGETBORED! So many vegetarian friendly options too! Gold peak tea is a major +

I just love this place… food is fresh, employees are nice & the prices are great. You can upsize to a giant drink for only $ 0.25 cents, which is nice for picking up to-go.

YUMMY! I like sandwiches for lunch. They are fast, tasty and don’t fill you up. I stopped here as I saw it just opened about two weeks ago. I didn’t have any preconceived ideas about the place, because I had never heard or been to a Which Wich. When you order, you grab a bag, check out the menu on the wall and then build your sandwich… by that I mean you choose the bread, cheeses, condiments and all the trimmings. Then, you sit down and wait for your name to be called to retrieve your masterpiece. I decided on the 7 inch WICKED sandwich. It has roast beef, pepperoni, bacon, ham and turkey along with up to three cheeses of your choice. GREATSANDWICH! The bread is amazingly fresh, the meats delicious and it was stuffed perfectly for me. The only negative was that I would have liked more sauce, but now I know to ask. In addition to the sandwich, I tried their House Chips. These are potato chips made fresh. They have great flavor and are very thick. I won’t get these again though because they tore up the roof of my mouth :-(I think the combination of thick chips and lots of seasonings was too much for my poor mouth to handle. All in all, this was a great experience. I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, and was pleasantly surprised(I lump large franchises into this group as well). I will definitely stop back in for a quick bite!
