Went on a weekday. Extremely cozy spot with amazing cocktails. Never been on the weekend so can’t speak for that. We were the only guests in there and they had walking dead playing on the big screen. Loved it! Good times!

Cocktail bar. The drinks just fall short in all aspects, from the presentation to the delivery. Is it wrong to say there is too much alcohol in the drink? I don’t know, I’m all about the flavor, and presentation. Price is too high for the basic atmosphere of this establishment.

A cool neighborhood bar. This place is warm and comfy inside, with a full bar. It’s got a variety of beers, along with tall boys of Lone Star Beer. In our experience, Lone Star tall boys were $ 3, and Shiner seasonal pint on draft was $ 4. I am a bit worried that this is a bird themed owl bar. But once you get inside, the owl theme seems to fade. There are lots of booths to sit at and plenty of tables. They offer Golden Tee, but not many other games. The internet-connected jukebox in the corner never got used, but it continued to spit out 80’s and 90’s jams. There’s a stage at one end of the bar that’d be great for a live band or karaōke, but they weren’t using it. The service was fast and friendly, and we got our drinks quickly.

I love this place. The ambiance is amazing and the bar tender is a complete doll. I didn’t catch her name but she has short hair and was working Saturday night. I love the staff. This place is great.

Not sure if these other reviews are from employees or friends but this is a dive bar in a strip mall. Happy hour is $ 1 off drinks. This place claims to be classy with craft cocktails but it is just the old«Hooz» bar with a new name and higher prices. The drinks were okay but our tab was $ 31 for 4 drinks during HH. Not unreasonable for a nice atmosphere but this place left a lot to be desired. To be fair, it had a neighborhood bar type of vibe(dark, regulars, country music, etc) but to call it a craft cocktail bar and compare it to 1919 is a far stretch. I’d go to Little Woodrow’s a ½ mile away over this place any day.

Yummy cocktails have finally landed in the Medical Center area! If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere with deliciously flavored cocktails, and do not feel like driving downtown, come here!(I understand the frustration of having to travel great lengths for a non-wells drink). So far each drink that I have tried has been tasty and flavorful(Old Fashioned, Strawberry Red and Stormy, Cucumber Martini). They do offer Happy hour and the normal cost of drinks do not break the bank. The atmosphere if very clean, mellow, and accompanied by a jukebox with music of all varieties. This is great place for starting or ending off the night. I would definitely return!

Let’s start out that this is a new place so there is always room for improvement. So me and my boyfriend decided to try out Who’s Who because of the cute owl theme they got going on. I personally love owls and he knew I would love this place. They have a rather good selection of liquor and a ok’ish selection of beer. Their signature cocktails are super cute because they are all named after famous owls from movies/books etc. My boyfriend and I tried 3 signature cocktails each that night and decided to stay away from typical SA bar drinks like a jack and coke etc All the drinks were made carefully and tasted really great! So here’s my problem with Who’s Who… first of all I expected the bill to be a little steep because they were craft cocktails with good ingredients in them, my problem is that they served the cocktails in non-craft glasses just regular well drink glasses. If you’re going to charge craft prices then I want the whole experience. Purchase better glassware!!! Second problem… I wanted the bartender to explain the cute gimmick the bar is going for and explain the cocktails to me. No I didn’t need for him to tell me but it is a new place and just wanted to see if they were willing to be welcoming and see if they are knowledgable of their product. It’s nice to have a craft cocktail away from downtown and La Cantera I just simply want the whole package.

W00t w00t! Mr. Owl, How many sips does it take to get to the Stormy center of a Who’s Who drink? Well, no need to go to Bar 1919 or Brooklynite to find out the answer to this question anymore! Bar Who’s Who is easy on the pocket book with their Moscow mule inspired Red and Stormy. Delicious tasting Moscow with a strawberry twist for half the price than most places and served in a traditional copper mug! This wasn’t the only fabulous drink in their ‘easy on the pocket book’ drink menu, their Ruby Drop and Cojito were a total hit! Ruby Drop tasted just like it sounds, an alcoholic grapefruit-inspired drink with a sweet grenadine finish. Their Cojito drink had to have been my all time favorite! I could totally imagine Kermit the frog singing«you put the lime in the coconut and shake it all up!» Well, the Cojito consists of coconut crème, lemon lime soda, and fresh mint! If you go during nights Chris is usually the bartender; not only is he a cutie but he’ll also take care of all of your drink needs! So if you’re in the medical center or wondering what new bar to try out, definitely place Who’s Who on the top of your to-do list as it won’t disappoint! ***Just to add*** I don’t mean Who’s Who replaces Bar 1919 or Brooklynite, but if you want a great drink and you’re in the Medical Center area then it’s worth giving this bar a chance. It has reasonably priced drinks on the menu, priced around 5 or so dollars each. As always Unilocal Elite reviews are unbiased and objective always.

If you’re looking for a «craft» cocktail in the medical center area, then you’ve come to the right place. Welcome to Who’s Who, a friendly neighborhood bar where you can get cocktails on the cheap, an accommodating bar staff, and a tab that won’t break the bank. We just had 3 cocktails(The Red & Stormy, Ruby Drop and a Cojito) plus one of their daily specials, a shot of Deep Eddy lemonade vodka + a Shock Top. I highly recommend mixing the shot and the pint of Shock Top together for added effect. Did I mention how inexpensive this place is? Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a fresh, homemade Moscow Mule(Stoli vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, muddled mint and a dash of simple syrup) or splurging on a good cocktail at some swanky place in Southtown/Downtown, but for $ 5 and some change for a craft cocktail in the medical center(my hood) I definitely have no complaints. I love the divey yet modern feel of the place, not to mention the awesome nods to famous owls in the names of their specialty cocktails. Chris is so friendly and his bartenders that he was training were not only fast learners but also very friendly as well. Bonus points: they have a jukebox that will literally scour the internet for your favorite musical numbers. With that sort of power in music selection, tasty craft cocktails, a prime location, friendly barstaff, and plenty of booth/bar seating, this bar is literally what you make of it. You can bet your bottom dollar that I’ll be returning soon, but with reinforcements.
