Wingstop

We have been coming to THIS wingstop for years. Every time we order, they always give us more then what we order. The atmosphere is amazing, and i see the same people every time. Love the food.

Tasty wings, had the Cajun and Garlic Parmesan, both lived up to my expectations.
Great service! Loved the young lady at the register with a great southern accent and wonderful smile.

I had a friend introduce me to Wing Stop and now I am hooked.
I use to say, no one can touch Hooters Lemon Pepper wings until I tried them here. These are some of the best wings I have ever tasted. The lemon pepper wings are a perfected mix of dry and wet seasoning.
If you like flats, they will know what you are talking about and do not charge you extra. I am not a fan of drums.
The people here are really friendly. I am pleased with the service at this location. I will keep coming back.

Don’t get me wrong I love Wingstop and their wings, fries, etc but this this is the worst location to pick up wings from. If you can avoid this location, save yourself the trouble!!! They always mess up my order, complain about taking my order, and are plain rude. Especially Tori, she gave me such a hard time while I was placing my order. Go to another location!

This place is so much bigger than the one on 1604 and Bandera. Both places serve up some good freshly cooked wings. As for the wait time, one should expect to wait at least 20 minutes for their food due to it being made to order. I don’t mind the wait, it gives me time to people watch. Will definitely return and would recommend.

This place has great food. I love their wings here. They are always consistent in flavor and how they are cooked. That is a plus.
The reason it didn’t get 5 stars is the service. The people who work here aren’t very customer service oriented. It also takes waaaaayyy to long to get your food. 1 order with 8 wings on a Thursday should not take 30+ minutes. I don’t know if they are just under staffed but this location is by far the worst of the bunch.
Update: going on 45 minutes for 8 wings and fries. They aren’t that busy. I am disappointed. I truly hope the food is as good as I remember.

Went back today, soooo yummy, always fresh and great service, wings and fries pipin hot and fresh and the beer is always cold, this is a GOTO place for me and wife to chill out

Great prices but they need to give a more accurate wait time. I was told 13 minutes and figured that wasn’t enough time to go to HEB down the road. Well, 30 minutes later I’m still waiting!

Hot, freaky fresh, my kids love this place. Most kids birthday parties go for hot dogs or pizza (BOR-​ing!). My girls always want Wing Stop for their parties. I am happy to oblige.
Homemade ranch? Check.
Insanely garlicky yet awesome bleu cheese? Double check.
Sauces? The garlic parmesan and lemon pepper are the best. I also like the Cajun Rub. Don’t get the wet sauces, or your wings will turn soggy and cold very quickly.
Oh, wow, the FRIES… yes, these are the best… the BEST! When fresh and hot, these tasty fellas cannot be beat. Do you remember the Wing Stop commercials from years ago? There is this middle aged man eating fires while being interviewed and he says, «I don’t know what their secret is, but they have the best fries»…anyone remember? Then he says, «I’m tired of talkin» and proceeds to stuff hi mouth full of fries? Well, anyway, here is their secret… they sprinkle the fries with Garlic Parmesan seasoning… so good!
They are, however, very pricy. Expect about $ 8 – 10 per person. Even in bulk, these wings are almost a buck a piece!
Oh, and their veggie stix are incredible. Every time, I have the same reaction: «How do they get these carrots so ORANGE and crisp? And how do they get these celery stalks so GREEN and crisp? They are simply perfect, like they have their own private garden of perfect celery and carrot growing hydoponically somewhere.
Don’t do this: I have tried Wing Stop’s «on-​line ordering» a few times, each with poor results. Just pick up the phone and call them old-​skool style.
I usually send the on-​line order and then drive there to pick up the food and eat there since it takes a while to prep the order (like 20 minutes). The last time I did this, we get there, I pay with a credit card and she tells me it’ll be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later, I get a call on my mobile… its Wing Stop! The lady says that they just got my order and that it will take about 14 minutes. At this point, we are sitting at a table and I actually stand up to see the girl who is on the phone with me. I can see her lips moving to the words I am hearing over the phone… it was surreal. Anyway, that was not an isolated incident.
They have one of those cool Coke machine dispensers where you can pick out your flavor and then add flavoring… like Vaniila Root Beer. or grape coke, or peach Mello Yello, etc.
A restaurant first:
Once, we were eating there, and the drink machine stopped working. It was at least 30 minutes later when we left… there was a long line of patient people still waiting to get their drinks! Nobody knew how to fix it. Several employees were taking turns opening it and pressing codes on the pad, but no results. They should probably train someone how to fix that thing in case it breaks or runs out of something!

Ordered online for pickup, by no fault of the store the order didn’t go through (IT from corporate mishap). They immediately made my order, plus threw in fries and a drink, apologized and did not want payment for it all. The management was very good, fast and kind. All staff involved were apologetic and helpful. Excellent customer service, tasty wings.

First time here and have to say we did enjoy it to a point. The cashier was friendly but only as friendly as was expected. I happened to mention to him this was my 1^st time at a Wing Stop and his reply was «Oh». Not even with a smile did he say it. Geeze!
As for the food, the fries were fresh and the wings nicely seasoned with plenty of meat on the bones. The place was clean with one ridiculous exception: there was a water spill by the front counter and an employee placed a cone near it. Now, from the time we ordered, ate, placed an extra order to go and left — the cone and spill (with paper towels I saw a customer put down) were still there. Considering this was a main waking area, this should of been cleaned up right away.
All in all it was an ok experience. We’re willing to try it again.

Pretty good wings… one of the best in town. I like this location more than the others cuz it’s newer and a little more spacious. They do get very crowded at times, but the staff does a good job getting us in and out. Their lemon pepper is one of the best flavors on the menu.

This is our go-​to place after traveling: head straight here after the airport.
I’ve not seen the place busy, it’s been maybe 5 or 6 visits by now.
We do our order in person and wait, they are fast — 20 min but usually we only wait 15.
Lots of flavors to choose from and they don’t skimp on the sauces. The wings have a good amount of meat and are full size wings (ahem, BWW who seems to be finding the smallest chickens possible lately).
If you order sit down service– they’ll call your order & you pick it up. They’ll do refills on soft drinks, just go up to the counter & ask. You can order beer as well.
This location is clean and the employees are nice. Leave your trash & a busses will clean up.

This wingstop is a little out the way for me (I pass up two different wingstops headed to this one) but it’s worth the drive because I’ve never had an issue with my order and the service/​staff is always good. They make the best fries!!! I always order the same exact thing and I’m always satisfied.

We used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings as our go to for wings. This place surpasses them by far! The wings are meaty and we like the selection of flavors. The staff is always friendly. We usually call in orders and pick up and I never feel rushed when ordering on the phone. Love this place!

I’ve been here several times before. Usually with To-​Go orders.
In regards to wing places, the size of the wings here are average for a wing place (some other places that sell things other than just wings often to have larger wings with more meat). I LOVE their garlic parmesan wings. I love their taste and crispness. The other wet sauces have good taste, but they take away from the crispiness of the wing and can leave the wing kind of soggy (other places can accomplish the crispy wing with a wet sauce, so I expect this place to be able too). Maybe slightly less sauce would help.
Their iPhone app, although convenient to order wings To-​Go, is slow to be updated. It took 6+ months to add this location to the app, after this store was newly opened. Then today, I thought they still had the Mango Habanero sauce, since the app still showed it available, but got a call that it was no longer available. If something is not available… UPDATE THE APP.
Their location is convenient and one of the few wing places around here, so I’ll likely be back.

Ordered garlic parm, original and Louisiana. The garlic parm was pretty good, but the original has a Tabasco like aftertaste I wasn’t super fond of. Took about 15min to make my order so not too bad. I enjoyed the interesting blend if sugar and salt on my fries. I wish they would have larger cut fries. Overall, it was a yummy snack. Price was adequate, under $ 30 for 30 wings and fries with vegetables. Great for finger licking parties!

Super bowl sunday i was told an hour and half for my order. I went back to pick it up and was told 2 more hours but that was after i waited half hour because Jana told me she couldnt look for the ticket. When she left the counter i asked someone else and they found my ticket in seconds but told me 2 more hours! Dont order on game days!
On the other hand we ordered for pickup a few weeks earlier and they gave us the wrong order. ww called and they said they would put us in a book for credit. A couple days later we went to collect and they had no idea what we were talking about. Last time we try!

So I love having hot food in 14 minutes. Nothing like biting into crispy wings

I like the unbattered style of wing that is served here.
Usually order hot-​garlic, not too saturated in hot sauce, with a nice flavoring of garlic. Service has always been managed well, wether there is a crowd, or not. My preference is to avoid this place before a cowboys or Spurs game it’s too crowded.
