Domino’s Pizza

We ordered off the online app, we received a confirmation email but after 45 minutes we called several times to check on our order and we got hung up on all 3 times. Still did not get our order nor a response from the store.

Their pizza is usually great. The bad review is for the costumer service. Apparently this person was also a manager. I believe her name was Lanesha. She was very rude. I tried asking a question about my pizza and she automatically got attitude with me. She treated me as if I was stupid. The things she was saying was actually the stupid part. I have worked in a pizza place before and know everything that she was telling me was a lie. Get your staff together, Dominos!
Went back again and the same manager was rude to me, calling me a «liar,» since she had seen this review. Corporate has been notified.

Never again. I was calling to cancel a order and got hung up on. I called back and she said she was by herself. Mmmm. I refuse to believe that’s true.

they give away mi pizza to another costumer … whats wrong with pizza places today. just came from little caesars becasue they wont accept debit card

I ordered online during the lunch rush and I received my pizzas in less than 20 minutes after I submitted my order. Their drivers are always friendly and my pizza always comes with peppers, cheese, and napkins. I’ve been ordering from them for years and I haven’t been disappointed yet!

Order online and they are quick, delicious and so far good customer service. Love the specialty pineapple jalapeño chicken

And salad had 3 chunks of chicken on it. Never again

Just went into Dominos on Highland ave in San Bernardino to pick up my pizza, and let me remind you that I order here all the time and I loved this place, starting from today I am in distraught. One of the workers KARINA, was VERY rude and disrespectful. her customer service was terrible. never experienced such a rude person working there. everyone else there are nice. she slammed my pizza box on the counter and threw my boyfriends debit card on the counter as well and had the worst attitude. so I told her that her customer service was bad and she started getting loud with me and her other co worker didn’t say not one word. shows how much of bad workers they are. then I left home and called to speak to a manager and she PRETENDED to be the manager and started laughing saying hahaha she’s not here I’m the only one working. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR BEING SO CHILDISH. I will speak to her manger today trust.

We order from this place all the time.
They ALWAYS get our order wrong, there is always a problem with something. Either they run out of a very important ingredient (who doesn’t stock up on ingredients before a weekend?) or they forget to include it in the pizza at all. I’ve had pizzas without sauce, or toppings. It’s just a sad place.

Last night I ordered a pizza and payed with credit card. It was delivery, they called once and I missed the call then the supervisor or manager or whatever she is «NANCY «called me from the store very RUDE Saying that the driver had been calling me like «twenty times» and that I had to go downstairs and get it. When I told her that the drivers always come upstairs she said not this time and when I asked why she said «OH WELL THIS TIME THE DRIVER DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING ALL THE WAY UPSTAIRS «oh my god this lady was just incredibly rude ! Then at the end she said that she would let the driver know to come and she CANCELLED my order. She just gave me HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband went to complain and she put a free large pizza on our account for next time but either way this person just messed up our dinner last night !!!

they dont call me it ben 1hr and 30mt and when i called the manager was rude off the bat and when refunding me they said 3 day to got my money back i have order 3 time the say way i never got this bad! this make me go some were els

I only order online but the pizza is dry, topping are scarce. I pay to put extras but doesn’t seem to help. Disappointing and will never order from this location.

If you call you will get put on hold forever!!! And ⁴⁄₅ times they mess up your order. Every couple of months I give it another try in hopes of success, but nope disappointed again.

Well the good pizza place (Golden’s) was unfortunately closed

We walk inside, ask what the specials are and the girl behind the counter tells us there arent any specials only two medium pizzas three toppings for $ 7.99. ok
so we ordered two thin crust pizza’s one with green bellpeppers, extra cheese and black olives. the other pizza had black olives, mushrooms and banana peppers. the lady tells us its a dollar extra for banana peppers because thats a specialty topping. even though it doesnt state that no where on the menu. I point that out and she said its policy. when we got our pizza and got home. the pizza was kinda dry burnt all around the edges and hardly any banana peppers and the crust was thick not thin. plus the thin one had parmessan herb cheese and the other one did not. I called back to tell the mgr what was up. I end up talking to the same lady that rang me up. when I began to explain my issue she cut me off like a bill collector, said I was a liar! that she rang me up and there was nothing wrong with the pizza and its funny I complain now since I already took it home I was like it was carry out! Im supposed to take it home. I told her she has horrible customer service skills, she didnt even let me finish just cut me off. and then she tells me to look listen you already paid so you already agreed to what you got and theres nothing she can do. and then she laughed and hung up on me. I called another dominoes and talked to a really cool, and very professional lady named renee who told me all kinds of specials going on, she also told me they only charge $ 1 if its an extra topping as a side and not included in the special. the rude lady of course told me she was the mgr. the only one there. rude. Don’t go here.
