Visited this El Torito just the other day and Noemi was our server. She was so sweet and considerate. She made sure everything we got was on time and delicious. I’ll definitely ask for her again b

Food took too long and server said that he would refill our beers on the house but charged us anyways. Unsatisfied with my experience. Food was so-so.

A group of coworkers took my wife here because it was Thursday, her birthday and she loves karaōke. Thursdays are karaōke nights. Very disappointed with the dj, he would let 2 – 3 people sing a song then put a pre dance mix for an hour. The guy would even leave the area. By the time came singing came around again her group had left, we were there from 4−10pm. Because of this experience my wife doesn’t want to sing any more and we will never ever go there again. Enjoy our money($ 300+)it’s the only money you will ever see from us. Also, get more help. .poor waitress was overwhelmed.

Fernando is awesome! Very friendly and great service. I come here almost every week for the BOGO free lunch special. Always get the buffet. Chicken salad amazing and the tacos. Great for family gatherings or birthdays too!

Zero stars, this place is the pitts, I ordered a shredded beef taco plate lots of lettuce and cabbage zero cheese and yes a shred of beef. If you want a great Taco go to Panchos on PCH in Long Beach, CA it’s a solid 5 Star joint half the price of this corporate American restaurant that has squeezed the product so much all that’s left is the hard shell of the Taco. To post I had to give it 1 Star, it’s not worthy!!!

Absolutely love the customer service here and the manager Natalie. My grandparents are doing there 60th wedding anniversary there with a huge party and she has made it easy and has been wonderful. I recommend this place. Plus the food is great.

I came to this El Torrito with a coworker for lunch while I was attending a seminar in San Bernardino. I ordered a wet burrito and about half way through it I bit into a hard object which I thought was a bone. It turned out to be a white plastic zip tie. It was horrifying. The worst part is that management and the supervisors didn’t seem to care. They actually asked if I wanted another burrito? They never called me back when I was told that a manager would call. What if I would have choked on that? Or worse, what if a kid or an elderly person choked on it? Do not eat at this establishment.

El Torito patrons BEWARE… while dining at the San Bernardino restaurant on Hospitality I had my car burglarized. My rear window was smashed out and my gym bag(the only obvious thing inside the car) was taken. This person is a real Pro… as I was dining on the patio and never heard a thing. My car has dark tint on the windows so I’m not even sure how they saw the bag sitting behind the driver’s seat on the floor. I know I have to forgive this person as his life must be really miserable and he must be going without many things. I pray for forgiveness for this person. I do not seek revenge but healing for the ill, weak and even the evil. After speaking with the restaurant manager John I learned that they share the parking facilities with three other business. Parking is at your own risk and there are no survallience cameras or security patrol of guest vehicles. No assistance for the damages to my vehicle was offered. Dam shame as the was once a great restaurant and pulled at large crowd. I now understand why the restaurant was not busy on the night I was there. Great food. .but keep a close eye on your vehicle!

Stay away for Happy Hour!!! I’ve been here on various occasions after work and service is HORRIBLE!!! First. The staff is horrible. If they didn’t assist you, they won’t bother with you. They have told me more than once«oh, do you know who your server is, because they have to help you» Second. Our waitress ALWAYS dissappears. Third. Drink variety is not that great. Fourth. It says kareoke at 7, but it really starts until after 730 We are really trying to find a new place, but for the lack of it we keep coming here

Came to start our Sunday on the right track and it did not fail. Our server Fernando was so lively and made us feel at home and with family. I never was a fan of breakfast brunch but we feel like we will be here more often now. Fernando will be our go to server from now on. So glad we came.

Stopped in at 3:40 to grab an appetizer and a margarita. Cantina area was not open… no bartender to make drinks. Excuse me… it was Happy Hour! Pretty stupid if you ask me. We left and won’t be back!

This used to be really good for their buffet lunch, but those days are gone! You can no longer make your own salad! Now there is someone who makes it for you by putting all your«garden» selections in a DIRTY, previously used bowl and then plops it on your plate. Oh, and gives you attitude if you want it on a clean plate instead of out of the nasty mix bowl. Additionally, they now use some sort of heating bricks for the hot entrees. Newsflash: They don’t work. Your food is cold by the time you reach your table. The rice here used to be really good, now it’s bland and tasteless. The potatoes are greasy and bland, as well. El Torito… what the hell happened to you? I came here for my birthday. Lesson learned. Big disappointment.(sad face) After 15 years, never coming back to this location.

Fernando is a great server, and the food and drink and on par with the El Toritos. Can’t go wrong when you need a decent margarita.

What a giant disappointment. I’ve eaten at an El Toritos in the past in the northwest and expected the same level of service and food. Not so much. I won’t drop names for bad service, but really… can’t a guy get a drink refill? If your gonna drag your feet on getting reorders for the AYCE, is it too much trouble to refill the salsa and chips? Seriously the slowest inattentive service I have ever experienced. The Cadillac margarita was amazing and given the chance I’d have had a couple more… but my glass was empty 20 minutes before I was able to get a 2nd. The enchiladas(AYCE option on a Wednesday for 9.99) were o. k…beef was better then the chicken… I’ll not be back, only in the area once a year and there are a couple great restaurants nearby worthy of my business. No Bueno.
