Outback Steakhouse

Came here with a small party for dinner and drinks on a Friday night.
It was slow so we were seated right away. Our server was nice and friendly. He brought us waters and kept returning to ask for our order every few minutes. We eventually decided on hot wings, salads, and the pitcher of sangria.
The food took longer than usual, along with the pitcher, which I would have preferred before the meal. (Prior to this, we had requested a glass of water and more bread that we did not receive at this point.) I poured the glass of sangria and we were disappointed to find the sangria tasting like watered down fruit juice. So we decided to fix it by adding more shots of alcohol, but not before first finding out what the price was. (If it was already too expensive, we would have ordered something else.)
We asked our server for the price of the sangria and he left to go find out. Fifteen-​twenty minutes had passed, and we still hadn’t gotten word on the bread, glass of water, and price of sangria. We ate all the other food and it was good. The wings and salad are our usual favorites and they were delicious.
We eventually called on another server to request a manager as waiting on deciding weather to drink our watered down cocktail was frustrating. This time 10 minutes had passed. When the manager finally came he apologized to us completely, explaining that our server was normally very good, but that he had become distracted by another larger party, giving him several orders/​requests and also requesting the manager’s attention as well. He expressed how sorry he was that the group had taken their attention away from other tables such as ours and even offered to comp our check.
Even though customer service was very slow and inconsistent, they did redeem our evening with outstanding gratitude for our business. This one instance didn’t ruin their reputation for us, but I will recommend that if are having dissatisfying customer service, you should definitely let them know and give them a chance to make it right. We will be returning here again… Just not to order the sangria.

I visited this location tonight an hour before closing in hopes of a quick anniversary dinner with my husband. While there, the power went out twice. To paint a clearer picture, more than half the time we were there we were sitting in the dark. Our food was still made for us, but was barely warm when it came to the table. My husband’s steak was supposed to be very well done, but came out medium-​rare. We were only able to eat our food by the light of my phone’s flashlight. The power finally came on after we had completely finished our meal, and despite the HUGE inconvenience there was no discount applied to our bill. Once we saw this, we pointed out to our server that we spent a majority of our meal in the dark. Their response was that «that’s not really our fault» but that he would see if he could give us a discount. While I understand that nothing could be done about the power, others around us who left during the blackout were told that since they couldn’t use a credit card to pay they should only tip their server. Trying to make us pay full price (and eventually giving us the AARP discount after being asked about the bill) after the inconveniences we experienced is ridiculous. Overall this was a horribly disappointing experience. We will never go to this location again.

This location is hit or miss. Some days I go and have a wonderful experience… others not so much. The food is good and depending on the day the drinks are too! It sometimes smells like a toilet. These are the days I don’t stay.

Came with a mid size party, service was friendly and prompt. The meat was either under cooked or over cooked (well done was medium and medium rare was well). Cuts of beef were very fatty and everything was so over seasoned it was salty. Bonus the water was fine.

Celebrated a belated birthday dinner with family!
I don’t eat steak so I come here for the bread & butter!; Wings; a seafood platter [& once in a while I order their Alaskan King Crab legs because I also love their butter sauce (haven’t found any other butter sauce like it anywhere else!)] however, this time I ordered:
Appetizers:
Seared Pepper Ahi-​my first time ordering & I enjoyed it especially with the sauce was delicious!
Wings (mild) they’re uniquely seasoned; & I subbed ranch dressing… has always been my fav wings from all the restaurants that serve wings.
Entrée:
Hearts of Gold Mahi with seasonal veggies– I love artichoke hearts & sun dried Roma tomatoes so I was enticed by the menu picture. Mahi isn’t one of my top choices so maybe it’s a personal preference that I felt the texture was ok, firmer than how I prefer my filet; however, of course the sauce & topping was flavorful!
Strawberry Lemonade is sweet and not made with syrup like a lot of other establishments.
Received a free birthday dessert: scoop of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, crushed Oreo cookies, whip cream with a cherry on top! I couldn’t resist and dug in but I shared it so I didn’t feel too guilty lol
Server: McKenzie was prompt & attentive; patient in waiting for us to order; she checked on us a few times while we were distracted by our conversation.
First time at this location– food & service was great.

As much as I love this place, I am disappointed because I seen a military veteran pull out his veteran card and get denied a discount. I bought him a drink to Thank him for his services but c’mon Outback, Veteran discount is a must!

Have been coming here for years. We’ve alway enjoyed our food. This past year, their food lacks loving care. The mashed potatoes are dry and tasteless, the steaks are less than par, chicken is very dry. I must say, the chicken tortilla soup is always yummy. Did they change their recipes or what?!

Great service from Matt, he’s a major asset to this restaurant. Steaks were really good, rib eye is thinner than I expected. Still delicious though. Spent over a hundred for 4 people, but everyone loved the steak. I really think our server made it worth it. We never had to ask him for anything, he was always there before we needed it. Thanks Matt!

Came here with my girlfriend and service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious.

Their bar is a nice place to watch the game. Very nice waiting room. Very accommodating for large parties who make reservations. Our office party was very comfortable. I got the prime rib. Cooked just the way I liked it. Medium rare. I love the new tv that the bar has. The whole place is a little dimmer than Most places for the tv is very easy to see. There are sometimes long waits for large parties so I recommend reservations!

Pretty terrible for a first experience at outback. The blooming onion was at most decent, I ordered a filet cooked medium and I got an unevenly cooked steak back. The filet was completely filled with fatty pieces so I maybe got 4 good bites out of my 6 oz filet. Service for a Sunday afternoon was ok but overall just not worth it. I could never eat at outback again and be totally fine with it.

So disappointed :-(

It wasn’t even busy and the server was rushing us the whole time, making pointless rude comments & showed no service AT ALL like just being a customer was bothering her, awful!
The food was so bad I ended up not even eating it.
Flavorless & oily :(what happened to the flavor?
This used to be one of my fav restaurants but the lack of flavor from everything we ordered completely disappointed me, will not be going back to this location but would be willing to try a different location.

Stopped here with some friends on a whim. Sat in the bar and had really good service. Its an older Outback, bit it’s nice enough. I had a seared ahi tuna salad. The slices of ahi were paper thin, not like the thick slices in the menu picture. Oh well, it was still good. My friend’s meals were all good and the experience was above average compared to other Outbacks I’ve been to.

This place seems to go through phases. We stopped going here a couple years ago because the quality of the steaks was terrible. We gave it another shot a month ago and came back one other time since then, and it seems to be back to how we liked it before. Great service, steak comes out as ordered. Dessert was awesome.

From the first time I came to this Outback I knew it was a gem. It’s a little older than most of the others I have frequented but it actually adds to the ambiance. Very clean and tidy which you would expect from a slightly higher cost family steakhouse.
From the hostess at the front door to the waiters everything is cheerful, informative, and efficient. No empty water glasses will be found. I am a one plate table offender ever so often, since my girlfriend and I like to share. In some restaurants this gets you the stink eye, or rather rushed table service, not here! Great conversations with fantastic people.
Food is always on point. Ever so often one of the steaks comes out a little off on the temperature control. Every time this had happened, however, they have been understanding and very quick at refiring another.

The plate was expertly prepaid it had just the write amount of pepper and the pasta was amazing with just the right amount of sauce

The campfire special is the best deal around for a date night! Love the bead, appetizers, everything, the service is amazing.

My first time at this location… very good experience all the way around.

Was one of the most flavorful steaks, that I have eaten. I asked for medium and perfectly cooked it was. I will return and order the same thing.
