Worst service ever ! It took an hour for my food to get delivered and it was old and cold and my wings had very little sauce. I tired to return my food and the cashier claiming she was the manager refused I left the food there and left I called corporate to complain and the next day I spoke to the real manager and he gave me my full refund !! Great guy !! He apologized and said he was trying to get rid of the cashier because he has so many complains because of her. I hope she gets fired ! But I will no longer buy there I prefer the Pizza Hut on highland

Ordered food at 11:15 now 12:29 am and my food still not deliver d wtf!!! I spent almost 30.00 and my foods not delivered yet how ride I cannot believe how un professional they r can’t even call me. But yet they were fast to to take my money over the phone with my card

If there was a no star option I would give it to them! Everytime I go here I have a bad experience tonight I ordered two large pizzas For carry out and they burned them I had to wait then I get home only to realize they got my order wrong!

Worst customer servive everything was wrong all previous orders were not done correctly. And on top of that wait 40 mintues for them to tell me my pizza wasnt even started manager was Curtis giving free bread sticks out because he cant correctly run his team i would give them no stars

Why cant we give «zero» stars like come on, I ordered at 10:04pm and called countless times. The dude said he was a new night manager and when I called back another countless of times they still forgot to cook the bone in wings. So he said he’ll personally make my order n throw in a cookie cake or whatever it’s called. And now the waiting game begins again. 3 hours and my order is not here. AVOID THIS BASELINE PIZZA HUT

I seriously don’t even want to give the one star rating, I’ve placed an order 9:52 pm, (May 31^st, 2015) delivery time was supposed to be at 11:08 pm. I called between 11:18 — 11:51 pm, arguing with whoever answered the phone during that time, asking why the delivery is even late. With so much patience already, for them telling me to wait and be patient really ticked me off. This is after two hours from the time I’ve placed the order and the manager is seriously telling me «since this was an online order it is barely being carried out» after two hours! I called one last time, cancelled my order and the manager seriously had the time to argue with me on the phone as if the two hour wait was okay. Never again with this Pizza Hut place.

I can’t even count how many times this has happened to us, where our order was delivered wrong. Tonight we ordered and our order showed up an hour and 45 minutes late and it was cold! AND our wings were missing!!! Countless times our orders show up late or completely wrong! WTF is wrong with your place??? AND the driver was sent without a credit card slip! I would rather eat dirt then order from you ever again!!! Thanks for making my kids go hungry for over an hour waiting for their pizza and we had to send it back! I’m not eating cold ass pizza! And the managers are rude! Have zero training!

My husband had to go down there the following day. They had charged our card and apparently «forgot» to void it. My husband had to wait over 30 minutes for a manger to answer their cell, so they could come in and give us a ‘cash’ refund. PSH! NEVER again.
Oh and my husband emailed the CORP office regarding our MANY occasions with them.

i ordered the fight special, with extras.
the order was pre set for delivery at 5:45, giving us 15 minutes too get ready for the fight. food arrives 35 minutes late and cold.
i called them due too inability too make product correct. was offered 5.00 off next purchase… that’s bull.

and the driver made us get pizza from their car. no door too door

next time i drive too riverside for nyc pizza…

After a couple years not coming to this store because of their propensity to screw up nearly every order we ordered, whether it’s incorrect pizza (s), missing items (Ordered 8 wings and get 6), we decided to come back.
First time was ACTUALLY correct. We were shocked. Second time, not so much. Crust type, WRONG, pizza toppings, WRONG, drizzle, Nope, couldn’t get this right either. Call and complain, and they send back another pizza which was STILL WRONG!
Next time, the order was correct, it just took an hour and 20 minutes or so to receive.
Last night, the driver arrived an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered ONLINE. This was AFTER someone from the store called me to verify, and stated it would be here in 45 (Despite the timer on the webpage stating there was only a 30 minute wait)
When the driver did eventually arrive, the pizza was cold and it was missing the order of wings. I called the store and spoke to the manager as the driver was still here. The manager stated to send the ‘food’ back with the driver, which we did, and she will void the charge off my card.
Checked this morning, the charge was still there. So went into the store and the ‘manager’ Marcus stated that the STORE MANAGER in fact did NOT void my charge last night. Meaning, had I not followed up, they would have ripped me off for $ 34.09.
After waiting around for about 20 minutes while this guy tried contacting his manager, I was eventually issued a cash refund.
This store will never receive my business again, and hopefully enough people read Unilocal or this Facebook review. I have also filed a complaint with their corporate office.
If you like cold food or missing food completely, this is the place for you! If you want terrible customer service to go along with your cold or missing food, this place is the best Pizza Hut in the country.

Quoted 30 minute delivery time, took an hour and 20 minutes… On a Monday evening?! Pizza and wings were cold, not even warm. This location is NO GOOD.

Worst service and food In san bernardino. Geez, where do I start, I called the rialto store and was put on hold for 5 minutes to be told to call this one. I ordered 2 large pizzas (one meat lovers and one cheese lovers) what I got was only half right, I got a meat lovers and a pepperoni pizza. when I called they said I was wrong because my recipt said different. Once I convinced them I was right they said it would take 45 mor mins and I would have to give the old pizza back. So the vegetarians in my group just have to wait another hour? she also said I would only get a discount next time if I mentioned it… so I have to mention your screw up to be compensated? you cant place it on my account? Plus, this cold ass pizza that did show up? Eff PIZZA HUT NEXT TIME I GET A BURGER.

Avoid this location Lil Ceasar is probably better. I received cold food and nasty customer service

first time took 40 minutes and pizza was slightly burnt, second time called in and was told would take 90 minutes for delivery, and girl was very rude and said «well you want it or not i dont have all day».

Ordered food at 10am, didn’t arrive til after 11am. Order was wrong and also burnt. Asked to send it back and have order corrected and not over cooked, manager wanted to charge us delivery fee again even though they were the ones that messed up. Cancelled order. Avoid this location.

I want to like them, I keep giving them a chance. I have ordered from them 10+ times in hopes they will get better, but it has all been a waste. One of the times it took them over 2 hours to deliver our pizza, and when it finally got here it was really cold. Another time we got our food within 45 minuets, it was hot, the delivery driver was polite, but the pizza was BURNT.
–I REALLY HOPE THEY FIX THIS BECAUSE I BADLY WANT TO USE THEM!

Well after moving to area 6 mo ago I’ve attempted to order from here about 10 times or so and without exaggeration EVERY single time I placed an order on line for pick up the order was wrong OR not even made until I went 20 – 25 later to pick it up. Some of the most incompetent people working there especially the chubby grouchy looking girl who happens to be there each time I ordered. Could be because of her that during those times it sucked? She looked and acted like she was in charge. When I did get my order sometimes my wings looked like they took a spoon and drizzled sauce or dumped the whole bottle over my over cooked boneless wings. Pizza not impressed made correctly or not. 7 – 11 5.00 pizza better deal. I’m done with that location order else where or Alfredo’s across the street.

This place is not on the map but it should be… I had awesome service and the guy was really nice
