Worst Pizza Hut experience ever! They brought the wrong pizza. Forgot half of the order, took my credit card info, then said that the order was never placed. They have no record of it. Then who the heck has all my credit card info?! Instead of trying to fix the problem, they tried to charge us for the THIRD time… This was after being placed on hold 3 times by Stephanie. Absolutely the worst! Customer service is horrible. Then Eric got on the phone to argue with me and told us that there was no corporate number, no manager on duty and he couldn’t give us the name of the general manager who is working tomorrow! Really!!! The worst

Worst experience ever. Found hair in the brownie! Never going back. They could care less about their service. The worst thing was that they acted like it wasn’t a big deal… What does this happen all the time???

This location does not accept advertised coupons… Even if you HAVE the coupon in hand. They will tell you to order online, and you’ll find out online that ‘this location does not accept promotions’… The service is also bad and the staff has an attitude. I understand everyone has a bad day, and I get that we all mess up, but what ever happened to customer service?

This location does not honor any TV or online deals and whenever i go to this place they take their sweet time. I have had to wait over an hr for a pizza (carryout) Apparently the lady before me waited for a long time as well because they gave her a free soda (like a soda makes up for lost time, i didn’t get anything) lost my business and interest and enough disappointment for me to write this review.

I’ve gave them enough chances but for the last year especially, they have just gone down hill. I am a former Pizza Hut employee 15 years ago and my store manager kept us on point while still being an awesome boss.
Calling in a complaint and being told their shift manager is too busy to take my call.
Picking up a completely wrong pizza and still having to pay for it when I didn’t have time for the replacement.
Pizza crust never cut all the way through.
And a new one today, cold pizza that looks like the driver might have hit the dip too hard on 40^th and Sierra way! So I call and the shift manager answers and I ask him if it’s possible to get delivery from a different Pizza Hut (which I knew wasn’t possible) since this one is always bad, he told me that if I wanted to I could carry out from anywhere I wanted but not delivery. I was speechless… waiting for a better solution. Nothing.
I love me some Pizza Hut every once in a while but wtf this is the end for me. #merica

I’m usually a very forgiving person, and because I myself work at a fast-​food establishment, I can sympathize with exhausted employees. However, this experience is probably the worst I’ve had in a long time. I was not expecting very much other than an order of pasta and wings from this pizza hut, which was only a few minutes down my street. Although I could have just as well have picked it up myself, today is my day off and I figured, «why not just get it delivered today, I think i’ve earned it».I had ordered online delivery from them before and had developed a sense of trust in this establishment… Why must you break my heart today Pizza hut… I ordered online (5:33 pm) and of course the timer said it would take a total of 30 minutes for my order to be finished. Patiently, I awaited until that magical time of 6:03 pm to come around, signaling the soon-​to-​be arrival of my ever-​so-​desired pizza hut order. I waited for about 10 minutes, and no knock on the door. Another 5 minutes (6:18 pm) had passed and I decided to call and ask what was going on. A kind gentlemen answered the phone saying that my order WAS INDEED out for delivery and mentioned that «sometimes the timer on the online orders can be different from the time it takes to actually make them». Ok, that is fine, just as long as my order was on its way, it did not matter to me. He also kindly apologized, I forgave him, we said our sweet goodbyes and hung up the phone, never to speak to each other again. However, I’m sorry to say, I think the gentlemen lied to me. For you see, my order did not show up after 5 minutes or 10 minutes, but finally showed up 26 minutes later at 6:44 pm. In total, I awaited 41 minutes, not including the 30 minutes needed to prepare my pasta and wings order from a pizza hut that was only down the street. All in all, I provided the delivery girl with a meager tip and maintained my H-​Angry rage, brought my food inside, sat down on my spinning office chair and began to consume my luke-​warm pasta and barely-​sauced wings. I understand that many factors could have effected this outcome, however my trust has been crushed and desire for a delicious pizza hut order has been ruined. $ 17 down the drain for a simple night indoors with luke-​warm pasta, barely-​sauced wings, and Netflix… I regret to say that I will probably cut my heartfelt tie with this pizza hut and move on to different horizons… Possibly Papa John’s… Who knows…

This literally has to be the worst pizza hut in existence first I order a piazza that arrived beyond cold and was like rubber then they forgot to put the sauce on the pizza forgot my soda and ranch sauce so I called and complained they said no problem I’ll send u new pizzas well here we are almost an hour later and still nothing I called and spoke with there so called manager named ARRON who said I’m next in line so the pizzas haven’t even left yet. And these people want 15 dollars an hour for minimum wage ha ha ha bottom line this place sucks and doesn’t care about us the customer and are a bunch of teenagers that have no clue on how to run a business.

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a very long time! 1^st back in years and when I walk in the door with no one inside I’m standing and waiting at counter for over 7 mins for someone to notice me or greet me! Driver finally seen me said the she will be up here soon! Super slow had to wait a very long time!

Very disappointed with the service. Driver forgot our soda and manager didn’t want to believe me until I got rude with him.

Don’t get my ass started on Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut the shit for when you just got paid and are trying to ball out on a pizza. Little Caesars is wack but sometimes necessary for when you ain’t got alllllllll that money. Pizza Hut like the vacation resort of pizza places. It’s a good vacation. I love Pizza Hut because they burn the pepperonis. That’s my thing crispy crispy pepperonis. I used to come to this Pizza Hut and go to the Internet café and sell pizza slices and make some money. Love pizza and I love hustlin

They seem to have a difficult time cooking the pizza correctly. We’ve had problems multiple times. It doesn’t seem to matter if you load on the toppings or order a plain cheese. Mostly the crust doesn’t get cooked through and the top is overdone. My husband complained a few times and was told to order a «well done crust.» LOL Don’t most people prefer a cooked crust? We only order for our son now because it’s the only pizza chain he likes.

I was at a basketball tournament at a high school and I was starving and didn’t want any of crap they were selling. I was told by one of the officers that Pizza Hut delivers to the school. I called and placed my order for delivery but the wait was 45 minutes and they charge $ 3.25 for delivery. I decided on having someone pick up my order for me. I haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years and it wasn’t that bad. The pizza was warm and they weren’t skimpy on the toppings. I ordered the special which was 2 large 2 toppings with breadsticks for $ 20.00.

After a horrible experience with Marcus at the highland st store, I came here and Chelsea was amazing. She went out of her way to fix the mistake and horrble customer service at the other store even though they are owned by different people. I’ll be driving the extra few minutes to come to this store from now on. Customer service really does matter and Chelsea has earned a loyal customer!

Ordered pizza for delivery just as we did 2 weeks ago. 45 minutes after we ordered, they called to say they can’t deliver to our address but we could come and pick it up! Started over with the Highland Avenue Pizza Hut — $ 6.27 more for the same order… guess I’m still looking for a good pizza place in San Bernardino.

2^nd time here. Pizza amazing both times. I was helped by sharon and she was very friendly and amazing. I’ve been to plenty of pizza places before and they usually seem depressed. Sharon is upbeat and just awesome. Ill come here again because of her.

I usually order from this location using their app; their response time is wonderful! The food arrives warm and fresh, the delivery employees have always been different but friendly just the same.
Last night, I was requested to «bring home pizza» on my way home from work. I don’t want to dissapoint the family request, so I stop in at old faithful «Pizza Hut!» Nice surprise, $ 10 on any size for carry out right now. My personal opinion, the pan crust pizza tops all competitors in the area, but that’s just me. They had my order completed within 15 minutes, just enough time for me to run across the street and pick up dessert for the family to go with this tasty treat. The gal up front was super friendly, had a smile on her face showing me she enjoys her job, this is a great place to work for and they treat their employees well. The wonderful treatment of their staff rubs off… on their customers! Excellent job as always, keep it up!

Inside the box of the item that I ordered seems like there was spit under my food (half of the item). Wouldn’t order from there again.

This place is pretty good. They have wing street which is pretty cool because they have a variety of wings. I always order my pizza online and it’s always ready when I get there (at the correct time it says online). Calling doesn’t seem to be a good deal because it’s so busy. Just a tip.
