Basic Plus

Love this store. Unfortunately, it’s 10:20 and it hadn’t opened for the day, though the mall opens at 10…
When they came in they were very nice and gave me free earrings for my wait.

I had been shopping at Basic and Basic Plus for years. I can not remember if the women who works their now was the same but the women there is super friendly. When I walk in she welcomes me back and asks about my friend — my cousin and are usually shopping together. I like to buy tank tops, tee shirts sunglasses and sometimes pants/​jeans or leggings/​sweatpants here. The prices are good but some can be over priced for the quality.

i have shopped at basic plus off and on and the clothing is very inexpensive. i usually run in there when i can’t find anything but NEED something right away. i went in on tuesday and the sales girl was very helpful and sweet, she picked out a belt for me and i tried it on over my work clothes, but wed. when i put it on it was too big. i looked at my receipt, which they usually stamp with a red stamp that says «all sales final», but this time they didn’t. usually i do have at least one clearance item, so i didn’t think too much of it other than i do know that usually they do stamp the receipts. my receipt said exchanges only within 7 days. perfect, that’s what i needed, so i went in and was immediately treated rudely, a woman came out from the back and almost instantly we got into a heated exchange. it was crazy, 0 – 60 in seconds flat! she even accused me of returning all the time and i had NEVER returned ANYTHING there EVER!!! i was going to buy another belt and a cute owl ring i had seen the night before but now i will NEVER EVER EVER patronize that store again, there are way too many stores in the mall, so, to go into one and be treated like that! seriously, to lose a customer over an 8 $ belt, is insane, that has to be the worst experience i have ever had in customer service!

i love this place. cute clothes at cheap prices for girls who eat. it can be hit or miss, tends to be when i need something like they’re all out of dresses when i have an event. other than that i adore them. i love there jeans. cest oi. make my ass look like it did prebaby :)
