Does Electricity Shoot From Your Fingertips? It certainly does if your name is Mik Kovacs because Mik really knows a lot about electricity in your home, condo or rental. I had the pleasure of having Mik place new exterior motion detector lighting to our San Carlos home. He also helped trouble shoot a few plugs that weren’t operational. I am thankful for his professionalism and work ethic. Mike was punctual, precise and very friendly. His estimate was well within the realms for electrical work in this area. It was also fun talking with Mik, his pleasant personality and his skill set serve him well. If you want to save yourself from electrocution on house electric projects, it may be a good idea to give Mik a call.

Tad and Marian S Last summer, Mik Kovacs came to our upper flat property in S.F. and estimated our electrical upgrades to cost about $ 1500.00. Because he later lost the notes, he came out again in Febuary and gave an estimate of about $ 2500.00. We agreed and made an appointment for March 1st at 10am. He knew we had waited as long as we could and needed to rent out the flat. Mik never showed up and after numerous repeated calls which have never been answered, we decided to write and warn off anyone else who might be thinking it’s a reliable company.

This is NOT the place for you to get help… keep moving if you truly want 24⁄7 help with an emergency electical situation. I called them twice, on a Wednesday evening between 8:30 and 10:30pm and got asolutely NOCALLRETURNED. The first call was very deceptive as I was routed to a «professional-sounding» woman who took down all my information and said it would be sent to one of our field supervisors(I believe that was the term she used) and get right back to me. I felt great, like this was going to be fixed once and for all BUT I got no phone call at all. I called the second time and got the same professional-sounding woman, my information was resent and again, no phone call. I waited overnight and no call. So, if this place can’t even return a phone call how can they be 24⁄7? In fact, if they’re this bad off-the-bat what kind of work can I expect them to do if they actually would show up? What’s funny about all this, is that since I didn’t have an internet connection because of my problem, I found them in the phone book. Their ad says«Your Electrical Problem Solvers» and«Fast Emergency Service» but DON’T BEDECEIVED, there are enough companies that won’t make you feel like you’ve been stood up at a date. Caveat emptor(x10)!
