I went to the address on here but was confused. Not sure if the owner moved else where but I would like to get an appointment with her, also tried calling the phone number and No Answer! Someone please help me get in contact with these ladies they have such good reviews and would love to give them a try ! Thanks

I’ve been coming to Julia for almost 20 years now. I absolutely love the service and trust Julia with whatever she thinks will look good. Julia is all professional and very kind. I always leave the salon looking good and happy with my color and cut. When I come to the salon, I usually get color, cut and style and I don’t spend the whole day there. I highly recommend Julia she is AWESOME !!!

Daysi has been doing My families hair now for a long time. She does great job managing my thick out of control course hair… she was even able to make it look flawless on my wedding day 4 years ago! I love her professionalism and charisma. If you are looking for someone to make you look better than you already do… go visit my stylist Daysi.

Love Blooming Beauty and Julia, who’s been cutting my hair for a year. Decided to stop coloring my hair and embrace my grey but wanted a great cut, that she delivers every time. She listens to my thoughts and puts them artistically into action! Reasonable prices too.

Julia did such an amazing job on my hair! I tend to let me hair grow way too long between cuts so it was really long. I showed her one picture and she nailed it! She takes her time and it’s obvious that she really loves what she does. It’s so nice to find someone that really takes her time to give you the perfect cut and color. I went from lower back length hair to just above my shoulders with deep red highlights that came out amazing. Definitely making this my go to salon!

Daysi and Julia both do a Wonderful job. The best haircut I ever got by daysi And the best blow Drying by Julia. They gave me a head massage and served me with a delicious coffee. I’m loyal now because of their good job on my hair. Wanted to keep my length and just even the layers out and get rid of split ends. I highly recommend her!!!

Blooming Beauty has really blossomed into a favorite spa like shop. The personal attention while I’m there makes me want to keep going back. Julia has been my stylist for over a couple of decades… I am always content when I leave her shop and while I’m there I feel right at home. I’ll tell her what I envision for my hair then sit back and Julia knows exactly what I need. She makes it easy with any change of have style. I strongly recommend her to anyone. You will be cared for with professionalism and three personal home touches.

Julia is AWESOME. I followed her from her old salon to her new one, and I’ll happily follow her wherever she may go in the future. I discovered her when I worked in RWC, but my new job is back in SF and I still drive down from the city to see her every time I need a cut.
Whether I want a drastic cut or just a trim, Julia knocks it out of the park, transforming my shaggy mop into sexy, stylish supermodel hair. I like that I can tell her broadly what I want (more layers, different length, more volume, etc.), and she somehow makes my request look even more flattering that I’d imagined. I’m also very skittish about my bangs, and Julia always takes great care to get the length just right.
The salon is clean and brightly decorated, and they offer you coffee and snacks when you arrive. I like their simple online appointment booking system, and the fact that the salon is in a convenient location with easy parking nearby.

I used to drive to SF for my color and cut and now I don’t.
Daysi is awesome.
Daysi is skilled and delivers an awesome color and do for me every 5 weeks (I like to maintain). I am a regular and a career mom — her ability to work with my schedule is invaluable, from the wi-​fi and coffee to the intimate salon experience — I am so lucky to have her as a stylist. I have referred her to colleagues and friends and now they are regulars too!

I have been going to see Daysi to get my haircut for about 3 years now. I am so proud of her for going into her own business. She is very conveniently located in downtown Redwood City. I would encourage you to give her a shot!

Julia is my hairdresser since one year. She always did my color and my cut perfectly, attentive to details and to make my experience confortable. I also enjoy coming to her because she is very nice, calm, professional and respectful. I really enjoy her new small Salon, because I do not like big noisy Salon. Julia has cut my hair since January 2014– we started with a cute A-​line bob that garnered compliments. Now I’ve decided to let my hair grow but I still trust Julia to trim it, giving it shape without sacrificing the length. I appreciate Julia’s attention to detail and the fact that I never feel rushed out. She’s also just plain nice with a very welcoming demeanor. I wish I could win the lottery so I can hire Julia to do my hair every morning but then all you lovely people wouldn’t get to benefit from her services ;-)
I posted a pic of my latest haircut at Blooming Beauty (Sep 2014). Note that this pic was taken a few days after the haircut meaning I styled it myself and actually was pleased with the result! I think it reflects well on Julia that she gave me a cut that is flattering and easy to style.

The most important thing to tell you about Daysi is that every time I leave her, I get compliments on my new hair!
Daysi has an amazing mastery of color. My highlights always turn out how I want them. She is constantly going to trainings to be up to date on the latest styles and products. And she does hair shows too!
I love her cuts too, they grow out beautifully. And blow outs, they last forever!
My sister goes to Daysi, my 5yo nephew goes to Daysi and my picky 4 yo niece goes to Daysi! She can do it all.
She’s a quiet hair wonder lady!

Julia has been my Stylist for a few years now and I am so happy that she has opened her own place.
I see her on a regular basis for hair cuts and blowouts.
I have a lot of (very thick) hair and she always makes me look fabulous. My hair does not respond well to flat ironing, so Julia gets it done using the blow dryer, a brush and her biceps :) It lasts for days.
She is always friendly and accommodating. I called her last week asking her if she could see me at 7pm that night and she sure did. I really appreciate her flexibility and willingness to make it work since my schedule is a bit unpredictable.
My mom has gotten her hair done by Daisy and she loves her, too.
Their new salon is conveniently located (and even though street parking is somewhat limited, there is a big parking garage very close by), and it looks and feels awesome. It is super clean and the décor is adorable.
Highly recommended.
