We had been using Dynasty for 16 years via Nob Hill (Redwood Shores), with Nob Hill shutting down the drop off/pick off, we went straight to them. They’ve been quite good overall and 2x week pick up/drop off in Redwood Shores at no charge is quite convenient. Never had a problem in 16 years and everything has always come back well cleaned.

I totally like this place! The lady here is always nice, I see the same one all the time and I usually come with a month’s worth of my wardrobe. Lol! They always get all the stains out, and even points out if something needs fixing.

You let me down, Unilocal.The service was friendly and professional but disappointed by the work. The viscose dress I brought in looked fine but the pants! They put a crease on the pant legs which never existed before and make them look old school. There is also some leftover visible residue on the pants.

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever dealt with. Service is unprecedented! I would recommend Dynasty Cleaners to anyone. The ease of delivery and pick up is great for home and office. The best thing about them is that they can handle all types of clothes. You walk in and everyone knows your name. I don’t know how they remember. I have always gotten my clothes when promised. If there is ever an issue, they resolve without giving you any grief. I think this business is an excellent example of great customer service. I come back because this is the best service in town.

Who could forget Pamela Sue Martin as Fallon Carrington Colby. She was also Nancy Drew before she stared in Dynasty. *drool* You know you’re getting old when everything reminds you of something else from 20 years ago…
Dynasty Cleaners not only dry cleans your clothes, but they pick up and deliver too! It great if you work long hours and don’t even have enough time to get fast food for lunch. They’re also open on Saturdays!
