My Husband and I leased a home in San Juan Capistrano for one year and loved it! Our property manager was Steve Conrad. He was always very nice and when anything was broken he sent someone out if not the same day the next morning. ALL of his work men are very polite and I always felt comfortable with them coming inside. The best part is that my husband and I both felt that Steve really did have not only the house owners best interest, but ours too! We just moved out to a house a few streets down. Right away moving in the house was infested with cockroaches & crickets inside the dishwasher, kitchen and bathrooms. Our new property manager does not care & is not eager to resolve this issue. We know that if the house was overseen by Steve this house would probably not even have been infested when we moved in because he would have checked & stopped by to make sure everything was ready for the move in date or he would remedy it the same day with no questions asked! People say that finding a good renter is hard, but also finding a good property manager is hard I believe. Just worked on a Transaction with Bill Conrad on a Condo in Anaheim and he communicated well throughout the transaction. I can tell that he cares about his work and the clients to have a smooth Escrow. If you are thinking about selling I would highly recommend Bill and the Conrad Team.
