I’m only giving one star because I can’t give less than that. Went in to get a link out of my brand new watch. After breaking a pin and damaging two links I took my watch frustrated. Looking at my watch again after leaving I found another scratched link and the pin he put it was backwards. Worst experience ever. Should have stuck goin to Macy’s or any other place besides the stupid watch shop. Do not go here!!!

I bring all of my watches here for any repairs, removal of links, new batteries etc. I always stop in on my lunch break and they have always been able to remove links, etc in 10 minutes and prices are very low. I would definitely recommend bringing any clocks or watches here.

As a follow up to my last review, I just got off the phone with Movado after reviewing their $ 298.50 estimate to repair my watch. They said the battery that was in there was slightly too big and likely was forced in causing tightly bound coils to break, which made the movement stop working properly. Also, there is a crack in the dial that they said was likely caused by applying too much pressure when the last battery was put in. Ay yi yi!

Impressive shop, but the repair was expensive and sub-par. I had 2 of my watch batteries replaced on the same day, and within 2 days they stopped working again. One of them had filled with water in the shower, but is a waterproof model — poor replacement of the back panel? also i was charged $ 20 for the batteries. why did the other reviewer get a better deal? I was pleasant and patient, despite the language barrier. Buy an awesome clock here, but don’t bring anything to fix.

I came in here on a weekday afternoon to have two links taken off my watch. Gus was very friendly and patient with me while I tried to decide if two links was enough. He took out an extra one just for me to try on, and when I said it was too snug, he didn’t mind putting it back on. All in all, I was there for maybe 10 minutes(from the time I walked in, had the watch serviced, paid, and walked out) and it only cost $ 10. I would definitely come back if I needed my watch fixed.

After seeing reviews on Unilocal,I went there to get two watches serviced and was impressed by their expertise and excellent service. I had two watch batteries replaced for less than $ 20, and Gus polished and removed minor scratches from one steel bangle watch for free. Also, Gustavo is a true gem. The repair estimate for one of the watches was more than $ 130, and he fixed it for $ 50 while I waited. Love this place!
