Terrible. I’ve been here twice in the past month and both times were awful. The service is horrible, the staff is unprofessional & rude. I have no confidence that my lab work will be accurately handled here.

This place is pure garbage, run by incompetent clowns with a mediocre (at best) staff. Came in last week with my wife with confirmed appointments. Was told someone didn’t show up and computer was down so at best they could see us an hour late. Wife rescheduled for later in the week. Surprise surprise someone didn’t show up again and she was seen 45 min after her scheduled appt. I’m now sitting here in the lobby at 930, when my appointment was at 845 with what looks like at least two people in front of me. This place is such a joke! Avoid like a disease because they will probably infect you with something (that is if they actually get you in.)

LABCORP in San Clemente is a dirty and disgusting place. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages and there are literally huge holes in the ceiling with electrical wires and stuff hanging down. Not exactly what you want to see when you walk in to a medical office. I’d feel safer having my blood drawn at Burger King. I waited almost an hour and a half in a room packed with sick people hacking all over me. If I wasn’t sick before, I’m sure I am now. There only appeared to be one person working in the whole place. My doctor sent me there specifically but that was my first and last visit to LabCorp. TIP: There is a clean and modern lab called Westcliff in the building next door. I went there before and had no wait, they were nice and checked me right in. If I get sick from my visit to Labcorp and my doctor orders lab work, I will insist on Westcliff or I will change doctors.
