We were extremely disappointed with this store in San Clemente. We bought a phone case and it fit my husband phone perfectly and he was very happy but after only two weeks it broke so tried to returned it but because it was good we threw box away so took back to store but wouldn’t take it back without packaging and receipt… We will never shop there ever again since they don’t care if cust. Are happy or if their product only lasted 2 Weeks… Have shopped there for close to 20 years and they have just lost a cust. Over a phone case what a shame!

Went in to get help transferring my contacts from old phone to new. The gentleman there was so friendly and so helpful. He turned my day around totally. The accessories which I was hoping to buy there were not in stock. So he didn’t even make a sale. But he sure did make a new customer out of me! Normally shop at the Radio Shack on Pico but had a horrible experience with them earlier in the day. Will NOT be returning there!

Had a great customer service. Khristopher was very helpful finding what I Needed. It’s awesome to find people that do their job well and Treat you nice. The other employee Anthony was very prestative as well. This Radio Shack location scored!

This review is based strictly on the customer service I received on Monday night. My cellphone took a dump so I was shopping around for a new one & went into Radio Shack to see what they had. I figured going here as opposed to my cellphone carrier, I would not be so pressured & be given such a hard sell; plus I’d be able to physically see all of the multiple phones & plans under one roof. I was right! The person that helped me was Janine Carson. I give her 2 thumbs up & suggest she get a raise. The other employee in the store that night was cool too but Janine was the one actually helping me. She spent a good amount of time doing so too. She was patient, informative, nice, suggested many different options & did I mention she was nice? I love when people actually seem to like their jobs, or at least do a good job pretending. She definitely went above & beyond. She even called my cellphone carrier just to check on a question I had & stayed open a ½ hour after the store closed just to finish the sale. So thank you Janine for being great at your job; I am a very satisfied customer!

One of two experiences at this location was during the botched iPhone 4 launch so I may be a bit biased. The customer service here is terrible! I walked in as the only person inside the store, with three employees at the counter and didn’t even get a «hello.» Were they all on break at the sane time? I hope not. Most items in the store like cables are all overpriced and are better off being bought at Fry’s Electronics. I had sone cables from Radio shack and neither lasted more than 6-months. My cables from Fry’s still work after 2 years. Enough said. How is this company not bankrupt by now?
