What a gem of a discovery. First time working with them and they hit the jackpot. I had a ‘cake’ vision for my daughter’s ‘sprinkle’, and oh my gosh, perfection. Not only was the look stunning, the taste was to die for. Thank you, thank you, and Thank You!

This would be my second review and I am happy to share 5 stars. The owner is a delight and the cake she prepared for me was PERFECT! I brought in a picture and she copied it exactly. I also gave away 2 cookies in a box for wedding favors. My guest truly enjoyed the cookies and the decadent cake. I will be sharing Sugar Blossom goodies for years to come! Thank you Sugar Blossom! I will be back!

I was in San Clemente on business and saw this Bakery tucked away. The Owners are awesome-​truly customer focused!!! The product divine and FRESH. A little sweet yet perfect.

I love this little shop. They have the absolute best dairy free and gluten free macaroons! I’ve had several personalized cakes made, some gluten free and some just deliciously regular, and they always turn out great! I love the fresh selection of cupcakes and cookies they always have. I didn’t develop a sweet tooth until a couple years ago and the only negative thing I could say about this place is that it’s a little too close to my work, I have the tendency to overindulge. So if you ever go for the macaroons and they are completely sold out. I apologize because I was probably in earlier that day.

I waited to write my review until trying this place a few times. It’s just «okay». Nothing particularly great about this place and nothing really bad either. The cake portion of the cupcake is light but without a whole lot of flavor. There are much better places for cupcakes such as Suzy Cakes which is one of my favorite cupcake shops.

So yummy!!! We drive all the from Temecula to come here! Owner is a doll. Very yummy!

The lady working was very friendly & it was refreshing to see a happy smiling face! We had their cinnamon rolls & a smores cupcake! They were delicious! We especially loved the cupcake!

How have they lasted so long? Overpriced and just odd. Also, they changed their hours. Good luck guys!

Holy yum. My husband picked me up two cupcakes and six brownies from this shop as a surprise for our anniversary. I finished them all by myself in a day and a half. The brownies were to die for and the cupcakes were incredible. Nothing was overly sweet or gritty. I cannot wait to take my kids here!

We were new to the area and turned to Unilocal for help! We called in our cake order a week ahead so they could get started. Then after my doctors appointment Friday — my sister called in the gender of our baby. They had the cake ready the next day by 11 with the filling the color of our baby’s sex. It was a beautiful cake. Very tasty and I couldn’t be more happy with our experience. They made it such a special day for my husband and I. Thank you sugar blossom cake shop.

I visited this bakery on a late Saturday afternoon/​early evening. The selection of baked goods were very sparse. I purchased two snickerdoodle cookies and a brownie for $ 7… They cookies were not very tasty at all. It lacked a sweet/​cookie flavor and fell apart as I took a bite. The cookie was super crumbly and a bit dry. The brownie was moist, «chocolatey», kind of rich, and not very dense at all. It was ok and probably the better choice of the two. Will not be coming back. One star if I could.

I was taking a walk on Del Mar and stumbled across this bakery. Walked in and everyone was so nice and helpful. I decided to get a coconut macaroon, German chocolate cupcake and a red velvet cupcake and all were AMAZING! I will definitely be returning for more sweets in the future.

Try the Tsunami cookies… ah-​amazing! Super cute place. Coffee is great! Even better with cookies!

I had read a few bad reviews of sugar blossom so wasn’t expecting the best cupcakes when I took my son in for a cupcake session. I ordered a chocolate cupcake and my son got a vanilla — classic cupcake flavored and a great way to test a bakery’s skill! These were such GOOD little cupcakes! Soft, moist, buttery, delicious. Seriously, good squishy cupcakes. I find sprinkles cakes to be cold and powdery, so I lived the fresh warm squishiness of these little beauties. They are not huge cupcakes, but I think the quality makes up for the quantity. Definitely will be back.

Been coming here for a long time to get cupcakes; and they are all amazing! My favorite is the piña colada cupcake. They custom made a piña colada birthday cake for my girlfriend and it did not disappoint. Simply amazing. Thanks Sugar Blossom!

My family has been in the wedding industry for over 30+ years so when it came time to choose our wedding cake vendor, we had quite a few options. I wanted to stay local and support our businesses in San Clemente. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with our choice of Sugar Blossom Bake Shop. I worked with Lei and she was very personable and professional with our requests and design as well as last minute changes. Lets just say the cake was perfect and taste amazing!!! I waited to post my review until we received our photos from our photographer and it was just perfect I highly recommend them for your next event or wedding!

Really wanted to like this place. Cinnamon rolls were flat and $ 4 each. Dough was tasty, but the texture was more like cinammon cake. Snickerdoodle tasted like the Sahara. (Also, why are they trying to sell bad art for $ 500? My 3-​year-​old niece draws better with her fingers.)

Was looking for a snack and took a chance on this bakery. Don’t usually buy bakery goods because they all taste the same. We bought the German chocolate and carrot cake cupcakes. These were the best ever. I am going back tomorrow. So sad I don’t live here and could come here often.

We chose Sugar Blossoms for our wedding cake and I am so happy with our choice. Lei made a cake that was not only beautiful to look at, but absolutely delicious! We received many compliments on our cake.
Today we stopped in for a gingerbread cookie for my husband, and a vanilla cupcake for me. The cake is fluffy yet moist and the buttercream was just how I remembered– so yummy. I actually prefer Sugar Blossoms over Sprinkles. Lei is just as sweet as all the goodies in her shop, too! I would highly recommend.

I without a doubt recommend Sugar Blossom for any event you need Cupcakes for or any sweet goodies for that matter. I ordered 2 dozen of the Carrot Cake cupcakes all specially decorated as Elephants, Lions, and Giraffes (I posted a picture… a must see!)
They were a HIT at my baby shower! everyone was raving about how adorable they were– and not to mention delicious and moist!
I am a huge cupcake fan– i’ve tried it all, especially from the very well known Sprinkles, Susie Cakes, and Casey’s cupcakes… Sugar Blossoms Cupcakes are FAR more moist, and delicious, they have a neat home made charm and the amount of care and quality they put into their goodies is highly apparent. I’ll definitely be stopping by Sugar Blossom for the remainder of my pregnancy to get my fix– and hope to be able to bring my little one for a treat here in the future as well ;)
