I asked to return something because I forgot to hit cash back on my transaction and a short lady with short hair and glasses gave me ugliest bitchiest look. Worst service ever she even gave her employee the same look. She oviously treats her employees like shit and probably needs to get laid. She’s probably the owner who micro manages her employees since she probably can’t micromanage her husband so she can have an orgasm. That’s all. #bitch

Today, I came to this 7 – 11 just to heat up my lunch before heading to an appointment. When I was done I came out to my car, one of the attendant’s chased after to me speaking broken English and I truly didn’t understand what she was saying. So, I then went back in only for her to say it was ok to use the microwave and she thought I was stealing something. I assured her that using the microwave was the only thing I was doing and went back to my car. I sat for about 5 minutes, and she comes storming out yelling me to leave or she was going to have my car towed(apparently you can only park there for 10 minutes). Then as I was leaving she came back out and threw a BUCKETOFICEWATERONMYCARAIMEDATME!!! Thank the lord that my window was up at the time. I called the police, and they came after she left for the day driving away in a black Toyota Land Cruiser, laughing at me. The funny thing was the cop said that if the water did hit me, I could charge her with assault. Wow, when you run into crazy, just let crazy be.

On Wednesday(05.06.15) at 6:48 pm, I went to 711(2387 Midway Drive San Diego CA92110/STORE#: 34235). I refilled my coffee container –thermos, once at the register the guy said is 5.00 dollars! I explained to the guy that this was my first time someone from their 711 charging me 5.00 dollars and they usually charge me 1.25 for a refill. He said«well you should have known that before getting coffee!!» I asked to speak to the manager,(He was hesitant to do that) and finally he called his manager they spoke in their native language then I was able to speak to her(Manager Name: Nohu) she refused to work with me and I then explained to the 711 guy that I was unable to pay for the coffee and then he threw it away! He was rude, n there was no customer service and I believe they were trying to take advantage of me by charging 5 dollars for a coffee refill. BADEXPERINCEANDBADCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

This isn’t the biggest or best 7 – 11 I have ever been to, but it is the closest one to my house and they have the yummy iced coffee that I LOVE so I suppose I couldn’t ask for much more than that.

Seven elevens are pretty much the same in the way that you can find the same products. Where they differ is in customer service. I like this one cause they gave me quarters for laundry. The laundromat next door sucks for dispensing quarters. Most business would not do that. Thanks for helping in a pinch.
