Ended here by accident looking for a different truck. So good! Goat taco was incredible! Tacos are simple, but delicious. I had some chicken thing in between two homemade corn tortillas, and that was bomb too. Would definitely go back.

worst food truck I’ve ever had. Brown guacamole, fatty grissly beef and rubbery chicken. The young womn taking orders eating as we walked up, she started to take our orders w food still in her mouth! We should’ve left then, but thought we should still try the food. Wish we didn’t, their«homemade» tortillas are awful. Their beans were runny and the rice was overlooked in weird clumps. Never going back.

Chicken Adobada tacos are excellent. Smoky grilled chicken with a spicy rub, chopped and served in a fresh corn tortilla with guacamole. $ 1.50 each for a 5inch size — two make a filling meal for me. The tortillas are wonderfully fresh, a bit thick and therefore toothy. Yum. They can stand up to the filling, unlike so many tacos where the tortilla falls apart halfway through! Delicious goat stew in a red broth with small chunks of goat(not at all gamy) and pinto beans. I did not favor the ceviche, not sour enough for me. If you call ahead of time, they will have your order ready to pick up — 619−292−1729

Meh. I’ve had better. I honestly could not tell the tortillas were home made. There was no free soup? The girl in front helping order was nice. Based on everyone raving about the beans I ordered the bean and cheese burrito with pico($ 3.50) and the pork chorizo breakfast burrito($ 4.50). Those are my 2 stand go to’s. The beans were too runny so the thing was a huge hassle to eat it flattened out like a quesadilla but it was tasty if not for that. The beans did taste home made. I asked for cheese in my breakfast burrito and it didn’t have it that I could tell. The breakfast burrito had burnt inside components and I hard a hard time eating it. With so many other great burritos out there I doubt I will be back it was a bit disappointing but oh well.

Hmmm… let me think, they make homemade traditional flour and corn tortillas in a truck, the are genuine nice friendly people, and they serve up some great eats, well it’s easy for me to slap on a five star rating. Located on the parking lot of Chris’s Market, at Myrtle Street and Boundary on the outskirts of North Park, this little gem of a Food Truck is making some waves with their home cooking. I was most impressed with the flour and corn tortillas. I ordered the carne asada burrito wrapped in a one of those buttery flour tortillas which was not only a large size, but filled with tender carne asada, homemade beans, some guacamole, and salsa fresca for only $ 5( ). The meat was well seasoned, had a nice seer, and was tender and juicy. The beans were great too and had a creamy texture and nice robust flavor( ) For a $ 1.50, I also tried the chicken adobado street taco on a super corn tortillas. The adobada flavor was bliss, and the grilled chicken was tender and plentiful all nestled inside the warm corn tortilla topped with a dollop of fresh guacamole and a sprinkling of cilantro and chopped white onions( ). This little taco was a winner, and I could downed a half dozen easily. I have not had corn tortillas made this well in years. The tortillas are made in the truck by Maria’s mother, the young lady who took my order and served me. She was an absolute sweetheart, and brought me hot sauce, napkins, and great genuine friendly service. They also provide breakfast, in addition to lunch and dinner items, and they open for business at 8 am and normally run to 9 pm as of my visit. A big plus, they provide seating outside the truck.

I was really happy to see that Marcelos already had a Unilocal page. I finally pulled over and glad I did. I got a carne asada burrito, beans on side(instead of inside) and a side of sour cream. Excellent flavor and tender meat! *handmade corn & flour tortilla *green chile salsa they make themselves *the red salsa is not the usual stuff you get everywhere else Overall I have to say I was shocked at how amaze the carne asada is! The beans are not fat laden, they have a good consistency. Only critical point is that the beans were a little on the salty side. Five stars***** for cleanliness and niceness. This place is going to get busy. To the business: please get chile rellenos! ;*)

I had very pleasant meal there today. The carne asada quesadillas were great and my carne asada burrito was very good too. It’s a family owned food truck. The family is very nice and one of them was outside the truck taking my order in person and clearing out the plates and making sure you have salsa and condiments. The food is inexpensive and the flavor and quality is good. They are in the Chris’ Market parking lot. They have fish tacos and Chris’ has beer. Enough said. Good food, good price, convenient neighborhood location.

Excited about a new food truck in walking distance. I have only tried the beans and salsa. Very good. I will continue to report back as we try more.
