Acai Roots

This is a hidden secret! If you are a fan of acai roots products, you would be a fool to buy them in stores when this is close to you.
As states before this is a wholesale operation so it is very business like. There are two women working this office and both are very friendly/​funny. If you are a new customer you will be entered into the system before placing your order. (Everyday consumers like myself are more than welcome). Do call before hand to see if they have your desired products in stock. They are really just a cold storage facility so their stock fluctuates.
I purchased the «food service only» 3 gallon tub for $ 100. While that may seem expensive, when compared to the cost of the smaller pints in store such as whole foods, it is a great bargain. Given I was spending close to 10 dollars per acai bowl at a local shop, the big tub has paid for itself in like two weeks.
They are the office directly to the right once you enter the building. There is a gate outside that may be closed. I just walked in when a car was leaving. They accept credit, and once your card is in the system you have a vendor account.

Love the product however when we showed up at 3:15 the woman at the desk let us know she couldn’t sell us product after 2:00. Just a heads up this is the best acai but they don’t sell after 2:00 even though they state being open till 5:00. Unfortunately I’ll be battling the traffic to go again because it really is that good.

Your acai sorbet along with granola that we make here in our Cupcake Store and More in Coronado has quickly made us the best Acai bowls according to our great customers.

I agree it is the best Acai sorbet ever! It is sweet but not too sweet, it is creamy which makes it stand out it is all natural! Love it! It should be available in more stores!

Honestly, best Acai you can buy. On top of the taste, you buy at bulk prices. What’s not to like??? 8 individual pints of Acai for $ 40. Never seen cheaper.

If you’re into making açaí bowls/​smoothies or just consuming the «magical berry», this place is a must visit!
I know other vendors like Sambazon sells their smoothie packs and juices in Costco’s and grocery stores in OC, but it hasn’t seemed to quite make its way down to San Diego yet. Here, you can buy any form you like at wholesale price. They sell smoothie packs, juices, powder, sorbets, and popsicles to gyms, companies, and individuals alike, so take your pick!
