Ace Window and Solar Cleaning

Unfortunately, I have not at all been happy with ACE Window and Solar Cleaning. I bought their $ 100 coupon at Amazon and made an appointment with them right there on the website. However, they did not show up. Admittedly, it was raining, but they should at least notify the customer when they are not coming. I called them twice on two different phone numbers the morning before the appointment to ask whether they would be coming by and left messages… but no reply. I called again the following week and did receive a call back. The person on the phone told me that their schedule was currently too full and they would call me back that Saturday. Did not happen. I called again the next week and finally somebody called back and we made another appointment. I realized after making the appointment that it would be on Memorial Day, so I called back to make sure they were aware of that and left a message to call back if that was a problem. The appointment was six hours ago and, again, they did not show up. I will return the coupon to Amazon for a refund. ACE Window and Solar Cleaning does not appear to be a reliable or professional company to deal with. They cannot do anything about rain but it is mandatory for a well-​run business to respond to messages and to keep the customer up to date if something changes.

I live near the ocean and needed someone I could depend on to clean my windows regularly. I contacted Ace Window and they promptly gave me a competitive estimate. The entire crew did a great job & cleaned my windows very well – a spotless job to say the least!

Morgan is the man! I don’t have many windows, but the ones I have in my barbershop are decent size. The work this guy puts into a window blew my mind. I’m use to a little spray of windex, some paper towels, wipe and done. Not him, he had more window cleaning tools than I ever knew were out there.
Now my windows and mirrors are lookin bright and clean helping me to fine tune details on my haircuts.
