Unreliable. Perhaps too high? Inconsistent. Poor attention to detail. Average service time 11 minutes. Talking on mobile while cleaning. Unfocused. Can’t keep employees. Flaked on appointments. Comes on different days or not at all. Has an excuse for EVERYTHING. Forgot to put cover back on pump basket. … and on and on and on…

We have been customers with AH for a few years. The invoice is always changing. They are never consistent. Sometimes it’s it’s email, another time they mail us a bill. During the course, they kept switching pool cleaners and they kept switching the frequency on us. My house keeper would tell me they would be here for no more than five min.
However, my husband and I run a very busy business ourselves so we kept the substandard cleaning.
Back in January one of their pool cleaners left our water on and flooded our entire back yard. We didn’t hear the water until 3 am in the morning. They kept saying they would adjust the bill since our water bill increased over $ 120, but never have.
Last week, something had happened to our pool, it wasn’t running and the jacuzzi was empty. We left several messages and no one got back to us. Finally we wrote an email and It was only then when we finally got a call back from Andre. He didn’t even let us speak, he went off saying he didn’t like our attitude and he was extremely rude to my husband. He was so unprofessional and did not care that we were calling because we were concern with our equipment. He called us horrible customers, and canceled our service.
My husband and I run a very successful business where we teach kids about honor, respect and being courteous. We have had the pleasure of working over 700 families in this community. We would never ever be so rude or disrespectful like we were treated! We do not recommend this business to anyone and people should know how unprofessional they are. We are now in the process of waiting for them to adjust our final invoice to reflect their error.

Avoid these guys like the plague! Smooth talking but don’t deliver. We were introduced to them when they opened our pool. Had them for six months. We saw Andre for the first month and then got passed to one of his workers — he was unreliable, routinely left our pool pump on high speed, told us he would fix issues with our spa — never did. We left repeated messages by phone — Andre never returned our calls. Only sent us a cursory text message. In general, AH pools is more expensive than most and provides low quality service. We are finding someone else.

Great service, guys always show up and pool looks better than ever. Andre us great to work with and prices are great.

AH Pools has been nothing short of great as we have been starting up our pool. We have had to deal with leaks, and had to do an inplace acid wash, and Andre and his team have been excellent to deal with. The pool service is done quickly and professionally, and Andre’s personal attention has been outstanding, as he tries to ensure that our pool looks great and works great. I would definitely recommend AH Pools, as I can speak from personal experience about Andre’s expertise and his unquenchable desire to learn and ever improve his knowledge and service.

I was introduced to Andre and his Pool crew through Blue Moon Pool.
Andre handled the initial start up of the pool by himself and handled any problems that arose with the pool and Blue Moon. That is the personal touch that is great about Andre, he wants you to enjoy your pool. I could have had no better person handle my pool then Andre. He made some great recommendations for my pool and the pool motor and saved me over a 100 $ a month in electric bill and I even got a rebate from SDGE.
