Data Center and collocation center for companies with server farms and other technologies. I worked for a couple of companies with servers housed at their facilities with only experiencing one snafu. They didn’t lose any of our data but power outages disrupted service for one company over a couple of hours., to be fair, entire city was out of power that day it’s just that their backup generators did not kick in due to an SDGE issue. Ironically, SDGE also occupies the same building. I don’t think that issue ever happened again.
The staff and security level of this building is really up to par. Don’t think you’ll just go walking in or out unnoticed or undocumented. Also, it’s really easy to get lost, but there is friendly staff always available to help you navigate The Matrix inside.

Very well managed data center, friendly and attentive staff. I have to go hear to manage our server rack on a semi-​regular basis, and it’s always an easy and pleasant experience.
At one point I went out to install some new equipment and learned that our second thirty amp socket wasn’t installed per our agreement. They had their technician install it the same day, and I was back out the next morning installing my equipment.
I know this isn’t something you would generally look to Unilocal for advice on, but I feel that between the staff and facility, they deserve the recognition!
