Stop looking for the perfect agent, here he is. My wife and I bought a condo in San Diego and we live 4 hrs away in Simi Valley, never easy when your local much less when your not.
Alex was there for us every step of the way and never once showed any sign of giving up, it took awhile ! Very professional and easy to talk to, Alex will make your buying experience a good one. If there were ten stars I would give him eleven. Great job Alex.

I was recommended to use Alex Kybal by a friend when I was looking into buying my first home and it couldn’t have been a better decision. He is friendly and extremely helpful throughout the confusing process that home buying can be. He is always easy to contact and handled much of the paperwork online so I never had to drive around to get documents signed etc. I was very picky and he brought me to view so many properties, often the same day I wanted to see them. I feel like this real estate agent helped me negotiate the best price on the condo I chose.
My now husband and I have since used him twice to buy a second condo and our first house! After a year, our growing family is getting ready to sell this house and buy a bigger one. I’m not stressed because I already know he will take care of everything.
I recommend Alex to everyone I know and I’ve already had some friends thank me because he makes everything so easy.

Alex has been my Realtor since 2009 and I will use him again and again! He helped me purchase my very first home in 2009 and it went great! Buying a home for the first time can be so stressful and you don’t know what to do but Alex made the process smooth.
Last year, I used Alex again to sell my old property and purchase a new home! Again, it was so smooth. I wanted the home (I now have) so badly and Alex geared me in the right direction to obtain it but didm’t let me make a mistake. He always was honest and told me what was worth it or not and never let me make an error.
I will use him again in the future & recommend him to anyone looking for a new home, whether it’s your first or 15th!
