I spoke with the owner, Sina, about a month ago and asked general questions about their tutor services for my son who is in elementary school. I was assessing various tutoring companies. I reached out again to schedule an initial consultation and never got a returned call. I have since called and emailed their company about 10 times with no response. I am not sure if they are in business any longer. If they are, I would not recommend such a company.
