We used Antac at our last home and they were the first I called when we moved into our new place. In fact, Marjorie arranged for Isaac to come out the same day we moved in. They return your calls quickly and when you have any issues you call and receive a prompt response. They are great and I am thankful for their service as I really and truly hate bugs. Thanks, Marjorie and Issac for making us one happy and critter-free family!

I recently bought a new home and after only two hours of being in the home, I discovered several flea bites on my legs. The home was infested with fleas! I immediately called Antac, and Priscilla and Katlyn were very understanding and sent someone out the very next day. Alek did not rush me and listened to what I wanted done and thoroughly sprayed the house. I noticed several dead silverfish the next day and my flea problem seemed to go away. Two weeks later Isaac came out to do a follow up treatment. He was very polite and spend a good amount of time treating my home, which I greatly appreciated. Afterwards, I was convinced to sign up with the yearly plan because 1) they are easy to get a hold of and make appointments 2) the servicemen are knowledgable and thorough. Thanks Antac!

Our sidewalk and side yard were suddenly invaded by black bugs coming from street drains and cracks in the curb. Based on reviews on Angie’s List I contacted Antac Pest Control. Alejandra, Marjorie, and one other person(sorry, missed the name) on the phones were very helpful in describing and determining the service that made sense. They scheduled an appointment for a technician, Alek, on the same day. Alex called ahead, was on time, explained the procedure, the types of chemicals to be used, and what to expect in terms of eradicating the pests. He was thorough, efficient, and very calming. i was pleased with the service, Alek, and the telephone contacts.

A full 2 months later, the manager from the tenting sub-contractors finally came to assess what was needed. Most of the issues that the original crew captain told me needed to be remedied before the garage could be tented were fine and nothing needs to be done according to their boss. A small area now needs to be cleared and Bill M. offered to come and take care of it himself. That’s commendable. However there was no mention or apology for the stomped on broken shrubs, missing plants, and things left in such a mess. It remains to be seen how the second half of the job goes. Maybe its just old-fashioned me, but I don’t see why it’s not part of the program to leave things like you found them.(everything had been cleared away from the house as required before they came)
