Bought a very expensive chair at Arizona Leather. Five stars for the blonde saleslady. Customer Service very bad. District manager didn’t text me until I threatened to call my credit card company. The chair is the style I’d been looking for. The bad is the leather is so wrinkled after a few months it looks older than my 11 year old couch and the showroom chair that is six years old isn’t as wrinkled. I was given some filler from the store that didn’t help. A service guy came with more filler sheets when I asked for the bag of foam that originally came in the chair. I was given the pitch that the foam was guaranteed for life in the back for free and the seat cushion for $ 60.00. They didn’t bring the products to fix the leg scratches and actually I did not get the legs I ordered because they«aren’t available anymore» I asked for a discount and wasn’t given that either. Bottom line I would not buy from them because they do not stand behind their product. Once they have your money(and a lot of it) it’s like out of sight out of mind. Terrible service. Bottom line is the customer service is very bad, they don’t care after they get their money.

Arizona Leather has very poor customer service. We were told our new sofa sectional would arrive in six weeks, it took over 10 weeks. When the local store manager tried to reach the warehouse manager to find out the status, she could not reach him. When the furniture arrived, the base of the ottoman was damaged, and a seat cushion button was loose and broke off the day of delivery. The deliverer said he would note the problems and customer service would follow up within a couple of days; they did not. We called the store manager and she said she would follow up and that we would receive a call soon from customer service; we did not hear from them. She followed up two weeks later and gave us a contact in customer service, we called and were promised the repairs in two weeks. Four weeks passed and we did not hear from Arizona Leather. It is now 5 weeks, we called again and were told the repairs will be done in two to four weeks, The in-store manager and sales reps are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, the corporate performance is abysmal. Do not buy furniture from Arizona Leather, they do not serve their customers once they receive your order(and money).

I give a star for local sales ladies but no star for stand accountability and customer response. I purchased a cream leather couch from them beginning of this year and had an issue from delivery to warranty. I believe their contracted delivery men has damaged my newly painted front door during the delivery so I notified local store and was encouraged to contact their headquarter via website which I received no follow up. I then was given delivery company manager by the local store on my follow up call and was what I got was arrogance and no accountability. Then I noticed that my leather couch was peeling at seating with discoloration so I contacted local store and was asked to notified headquarter. I left voice message few weeks ago and, again I have not heard back from them. I am going to contact local store again for the 4th time today and see what happens but so far this company is not responsive and not accountable for damages or their warranty.

I stumbled into this store after a horrible experience at a different furniture store where a sales lady kept asking me if I actually knew how much a leather sectional cost and perhaps I really wanted bonded leather. I decided to leave that very beautiful showroom, and as luck would have it drove by Arizona Leather Interiors. They were advertising a Truckload Sale so I decided to stop and look around. Like the other poster, I have to agree that at first glance this showroom is very small and much less impressive than their San Marcos location which I had previously visited. However, the customer service is incredible and the final product we received is of the highest caliber. From the moment I entered the store I was warmly greeted and offered help in selecting a sectional for my home. I ended up working with both Jill and Judy and found them to be sincerely helpful and very patient. They worked within my budget and helped me pick a leather that looks amazing in my family room. The best part was they told me it would take 6 – 8 weeks for delivery but it only took 4 weeks for us to receive our new piece of furniture. Although the sectional was not cheap, it was actually less expensive than everything else I had seen elsewhere… AND the quality is amazing!!! So, please don’t be fooled by fancy showrooms and over inflated prices — everything you need to design your perfect high quality sofa is right here in this small, cozy store.

What a great find! We wanted to make a change to our living room but were unsure of how to go about it. Then we met Judy and Jill from Arizona Leathers! While the choice of sofas and the flexibility of what Arizona Leathers can produce is fantastic. While the comfort of the Larson sectional with recliners is magnificent(and still looks modern). For us the 5* rating was earned by these great ladies of Arizona Leather. They guided us through our choices(over 4 visits) with knowledge, demonstrations(of leather qualities, absorption of water, etc) and steered us away from choices that were uninformed on our part. The always greeted us with humor, communicated information to one another so that no matter when we went back, they knew where we were in the process and were just a delight to work with. If you want experience, information, a great product and 2 fantastic guides along the way, then go to Arizona Leather.

5 stars for the very friendly, professional and helpful blonde gal that works in this showroom. Negative a million stars for the crammed, dusty, unappealing showroom. They need a merchandising makeover stat. If you’re gonna drop 6 g’s on a leather sofa set, you want to feel the luxury when you enter their doors. Just cluttered and disappointing. First time appearance is huge, this location failed.
