A visit to this store is almost enough to make a person consider living without a cell phone. I was there recently asking about a relatively low-priced cell phone. He said his Rancho Bernardo«clientele» prefers better smartphones. He clearly didn’t want to help me. Today I went to a store on Clairemont Mesa Blvd, Kearny Mesa — was treated with respect and got a phone. By the way, I live in Rancho Bernardo.

I came in to check if I could add another line using the next program and I must say I was pleased with the service I received. The sales associate Kristen was very helpful and polite, she answered all my questions. The best part is I got to watch the charger game while I waited. Over all great customer service

this is an over due review. A few months ago I went in and the retail consultant told me about a promotion that I could trade in my iPhone 4 and receive an iPhone 4s free. I would just need to add ‘ghost lines’ so my upgrade that was due wouldn’t be used. What she really did was added two lines to my account under a 2yr contract and said I got tablets to give herself commission. And used my upgrade to get herself an iPad. This was all confirmed once I had to call fraud over and over again because the store managers kept giving me the run around. Her name was Ashley, she no longer works there. And the managers name was Alex, who no longer works there either. But I still would never go back there.

Needed to pick up a new phone and this branch was closest to home. Liking this place better than the Carmel Mountain store although it is a bit smaller. I typically dread getting a new phone since the whole process usually takes a(painful) hour at least. The transaction today took about 45 minutes so not bad. Efficient customer service, and they did give me a discount on my phone accessories.

Have gone to this store several times and the last time will be the last time. I needed to get a new phone and the entire time I was there(as he was«helping» me) the salesperson was on the phone with AT&T. Apparently he was having troubles with his personal cell phone account and was trying to get them to help him(they didn’t). He wasn’t helpful and it only reinforced my poor experiences with AT&T in general that they’re really not interested in their customers. Can’t wait to switch vendors.
