Two scoop sundae rip off — scoops were so small you couldn’t see the second scoop hiding under the first. The manager confirmed they 2.5oz scoops are Jr scoops and that is the only way it comes. No doubt this is Corporate Management driving constant price increases and/​or product content decreases to make more profit. Come on, do it the right way with better products, service, experience, and through aggressive procurement expertise to drive down supply chain costs. I’m done with BK, no value and stodgy old stores. Interestingly, they do offer a bounce back: buy any sundae and get one for 99cents” on the receipt. Desperate for sure.

It’s 100 degrees outside and the owners didn’t schedule more help! Thy could have at least come in to help this poor girl… WAITED 20 minutes to be helped (see photo)…The ice cream freezer is DIRTY (see photo).want me to keep going? This is he worst. I came here to use a coupon and this will be the LAST time…

Nice customer service and clean interior. This place has a couple seats outside too if you want to sit outside. Nice family place in 4sRanch.

A lot of Baskin Robbins are all the same, but I have found that overall the help is pretty nice here. I also spoke to the owner once when I was soliciting a donation for our school and he was so nice I became an even bigger fan. We have been back several times since my interactions with him, and the kids always like being there.

Terrible. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake 2 weeks in advance. I went to pick up the cake and they didn’t have it. She was heartbroken. Even worse, my little girl was crying in the store because they didn’t have her cake and they were rude to her. A lot of people were waiting at my home to celebrate her birthday and they witnessed the terrible customer service. You lost a lot of customers tonight.

Went in with the latest coupon. as usual when you get there it’s not what you think… apparently buy one cup get one free cannot include whipped cream… not sure where these kids went to school but somehow they insisted that the coupon stipulated ice cream only (didn’t actually say that), after of course they scooped the ice cream. Of course the coupons never mentioned that (as a matter of fact it didn’t actually mention getting ice cream in the cup) but they insisted they were right although they could find anything on the coupon to support this new «rule». They did however cheerfully ask me if I wanted it anyway without any toppings… when I said no they couldn’t hide their frustration and just said they’re sorry and walked away. Not sure what they did with the 4 scoops of ice cream but I never saw them put them in the trash… as much as I enjoy the ice cream I can’t see myself going back until they stop with the nonsense and get some employees with some experience in customer service…

Went to pick up milkshakes for my wife and I last night. While making the first one, the blender had some sort of malfunction and they were not able to make any more. The employee was apologetic (obviously not her fault). When I got home with the shake, my wife took a sip and was surprised to find black plastic pieces in her mouth. I immediately went back and told the same employee. Once again she was apologetic. But rather than offering to replace the shake with something else, she offered a «free scoop». I insisted that she replace the shake with at least a double scoop.
I found it odd that a refund was not offered. One would think that a customer complaining of foreign objects in their food would be compensated more than just a free scoop. I’m guessing, like in most businesses of this nature, employees are not empowered by management to go above and beyond for an unhappy customer.
But to be honest with you, I’ll probably go back. Its Baskin Robbins…

My daughter and I went in to buy ice cream and a heavy girl on the phone was behind the counter. She did not acknowledge us, didn’t even look at us. We waited for her to get off the phone buy she didn’t. Twelve minutes later a young small girl came in and walked behind the counter I thought she would help us or at least tell us she will be with us shortly, but she totally ignored us didn’t even look our way. She went into the back room, came out a short time later, then retrieved back to the back of the store. The heavy girl was still on the phone. NO One else was in the store. So after fifteen minutes, we left without even a hello. They need a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So sad to be treated like this.

We came in to sample some flavors and we are walked away with a 1-​scoop cone. I hadn’t been to BR in years and I was excited to hear about the new and unique flavors. I tried the peanut butter and chocolate flavor and thought it had too much PB and not enough chocolate.
Decided to go with my staple flavor — Jamocha Almond Fudge. Can’t go wrong with a mocha flavored ice cream with fudge.
The employees are friendly and made me 1-​scoop extra bigger. YA, TIP FOR YOU!

I placed an order for a customized birthday cake 1.5 weeks prior to my son’s birthday party. I show up to pick up the cake and to my horror, was told the cake is not ready until the following day. It turned out that someone had mistakenly changed the date of the order!!! Imagine the panic and disappointment I was feeling… a house full of 9 y/​o kids, waiting for that «special» ice cream birthday cake that my son was proudly telling his friends about all week! The woman who makes the cake (who I find out later was the actual manager) looked like she could care less that one of her employees made a huge mistake and ended a little boy’s birthday party on a very sour note! She didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I was so disgusted at the lack of customer service and pure apathy! This is the first time I ordered a cake from this location and needless to say, I will never order an ice cream cake from them ever again!

My review for this BR location is specifically for Maryam. She was by far the nicest, most helpful Baskin Robbins employee I’ve ever encountered, and it was much appreciated.
I had to stop by Baskin Robbins during lunch to pick up some ice cream cakes for a work event. I went in not really knowing (or caring, to be honest) what I walked out with, as long as I had enough cake to feed the 20 hungry men that I’d be serving later that day.
I stood in front of their freezer case for a while, shuffling through the different pre-​decorated cakes. I admit I was kind of in a daze… which is when Maryam appeared at my side.
She took the time to come out from behind the counter, and assisted me in picking two different cakes (so that my group could have variety, those spoiled…) She then took the cakes to the register, and asked if I wanted to have anything written on them. Really, only one cake had space for writing, but I wasn’t feeling trying to figure out how to say «Happy Birthday, January to September babies!» on one small cake.
I said something along those lines to Maryam, while declining her offer, and she laughed and said that we could probably figure something out, if I wanted. I was floored — most people would have shrugged it off, thinking, «Cool, less work for me!», but here was this sweet girl trying to help me figure out the right sentiment to put on a cake that I wasn’t putting a whole lot of effort into.
I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins. I’ve just never been impressed by the kids who work there (and yes, that’s a gross generalization, but realistically, most of the people behind the pink counters are kids!), until I stopped at the 4S Ranch location.
So, thank you Maryam. Thank you for taking the time to help me root through the ice cream cakes. But mostly, thank you for showing me that customer service isn’t completely dead. I hope the owners of Baskin Robbins appreciate you!

One cannot go wrong with a cold scoop of ice cream! The folks at the 4S Ranch location are always helpful and greet you with a smile!

Love the Unilocal coupon you get when you check in! How can you go wrong with mint chocolate chip ice cream on a waffle cone?!?

I take my daughter here every now and again for a treat. This location has very good staff. The place is clean, which is a huge plus. I think that their ice creams are pretty good and they’ve got a decent selection.

My family is a big fan of the BR rolled ice cream cake. Hubby picked one up on Friday for Mother’s Day. After 20+ years of BR cakes, this was undoubtedly the worst cake ever! It was misshaped, with one end substantially larger than the other. The ice cream stopped about 1″ short of the cake at each end, and the writing on the cake must have been done by an employee on ther first day (unbelievably sloppy). BR is generally a good bet for cakes, but pass on this location. Very disappointing.

I’ve been here at least once a week since they opened, and am so happy with their friendly and efficient customer service. And my favorite flavor, Quarterback Crunch, is back! As my college roommates and I used to say, «There’s always room for ice cream!»

A great ice cream shop next to my house! It’s pretty busy recently, since it just opened and their is plenty of space to lounge in or outside. Great for a quick cool down or to celebrate a team win. Located in the Ralph Center in 4S Ranch.
