Bayside is a fantastic building — however the front office management (not just the desk attendants) are SO rude, and have a serious attitude problem.
Hire more customer service-​oriented staff.

My friend lives here and I’m jealous. Hahaha this place is great the amenities are top notch can’t wait to move in or to the grand both are great buildings in fact pretty much anything bosa builds is great

Some of the best views of San Diego can be had from the upper floors. Really nice amenities and friendly staff. The only downside appears to be the noise from the trains and exterior architecture (yellow accents, etc.) which will undoubtedly appear dated in a few years. Otherwise a first-​class residential building.

I saw the ins and outs of this stunning property this weekend, and I see why it’s all the rage– Professional living with an elevated upscale touch! Great location (gateway in between downtown and Little Italy), stunning pool and other communal areas, friendly staff (this place has a doorman and full time security). Most of all, the units are gorgeous with all with modern but timeless flare– miele and Viking professional appliances, wine coolers, high quality and tasteful wood flooring and an impeccably styled gourmet kitchen.
