Just don’t do business with these people. Angela J.‘s review is exactly correct. I was to be charged only for shipping and was billed $ 83.00 for a product I could not use. When I called company, the rep said he was crediting back my credit card. Has not done so. Misleading, false advertising, bad products, terrible business practices. Please do NOT give your credit card info to this company. You do not want to spend your money here.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! My god people! Don’t let their ad fool you! The trial offer sent me EXPIRED products and when I cancelled IMMEDIATELY, they went ahead and charged my credit card FULL PRICE! I was defrauded by this company! I’m in the process of dispute with credit card company! DON’T FALL PREY TO THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!

FYI — to everyone considering doing business with BellaLabs. I just thought it was important to share the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that BellaLabs provides. I ordered the BellaLABS Instant Wrinkle Reducer product and saw no results. Honestly, I don’t think the trial period is long enough for a true test. But anyway, I contacted the company to stop the automatic payment system and to find out about returns since it wasn’t showing any results thus far. On the good side, I did receive an instant cancellation notification with only one phone call. However, this was the reply regarding returns and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

We have a satisfaction guarantee which is us standing behind our product as far as the ingredients in it, and where it is manufactured. We work with our customers on a case by case basis if they are not satisfied with the results of our product. However, a satisfaction guarantee is not a money back guarantee.
