Biologix

This place is horrible. I bought a living social deal for Botox. I called yo make my appointment 3 weeks in advance. My appointment was at 10 a.m. I showed up 15 minutes earlier with one person ahead of me. An hour in a half later I was still waiting because they let two other people go ahead of me who showed up after me because they had hormone appointments. To make a ling story short I ended up walking out without being seen after a long wait because I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism. Don’t waste your time. I rather pay a little more and be treated fair.

It would be a mistake to go elsewhere. Another price quote I got was much higher, and much less convenient.
Kinda hard to get a hold of them tho (it’s a little frustrating), but to be honest, that’s kind of a virtue. I don’t trust eager and super motivated salespeople. Once you’re in their office though, the customer service and medical care is first class. This is one of the very very few companies where I feel I’m not being r*aped for as much money as possible.
I recommend: Leave a message. Wait for call back. Don’t be an impatient buffoon. If they don’t call, then try again. You’ll get a hold of someone. Worth it.

Great experience. Dr Ford and Chris are brilliant at what they do and also very friendly and easy to talk to. The offices are nice (what a view!) and all of the staff I encountered were friendly. I definitely plan on going back for more and will be recommending this place to all of my friends and clients.

I found Biologix through living social. I was excited to try this new spot since it was conveniently located to my work and had great reviews. I knew they would be busy, but it was very frustrating to set my appointment. I can imagine they were inundated with calls, but I had to call seven times to get an appointment. In one phone call that was returned, I was told, «I’ll call you back in 10 minutes» and had to try back again several days later. I was able to get an appointment within about a week, but the appointment was cancelled the day before. I was re-​scheduled, but when I was almost at the appointment, I was called and told the doctor was stuck in traffic for another 45 minutes. I went in and waited, (since I was almost there) and at 45 minutes past my appointment time I was told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes. And asked to come back that afternoon.
I was seen right away that afternoon, and the doctor was very nice and personable. I purchased an additional 10 units of botox, 5 more than I’ve ever had in my 3 previous treatments at other clinics.
The experience in the office was fine, but I was told I would receive a call one week out to check on my results. It’s been over 3 weeks, and no word. Even with the 5 extra units, my main wrinkle that usually is numbed from the botox is still active. I would have called, but I just couldn’t go through the «chasing down» of the staff again. I really feel like it was a waste of time and $ 180.
If I had one or two un-​returned calls or if two appointments hadn’t been cancelled or if the botox had given the results I had in the past I wouldn’t be writing this. It was just a perfect storm of poor service with poor results.

I was referred to Biologix by a good friend. I was feeling tired, run down, and had noticed a significant drop in my mood. I met with Dr. Ford and Chris. After discussing my symptoms they sent me for some lab work and we found that my hormone levels were low. They knew the exact treatment necessary to get me back on track. Here we are four weeks later and I feel like a new person. I got my mojo back! I highly recommend Biologix and look forward to working with them into the future. Thanks Dr. Ford!

Dr. Ford and Chris have been great to me! They really know their stuff and I always feel like they genuinely care. After 2 months of treatment, I feel remarkable! The office is fantastic and the price is reasonable. I did myself a big favor by going in and getting checked. They have some great state-​of-​the-​art tech and the initial visit is painless and very informative.

So I was referred to Dr. Ford by a girlfriend who had botox injections. I thought I would give it a try– I’ve never had botox done before. Chris, the secretary was awesome and made it super easy to set the appointment. The building is fabulous and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Ford is AMAZING. He walked me through the injections and despite my nerves it wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend Dr. Ford to anyone who is considering botox. THANKS Dr Ford and Biologix!
