Totally forgot: They are stiffing me on my security deposit return: $ 90 to clean a kitchen sink, bathroom sink. Tub… Which were spotless as I had my apartment spot cleaned daily. I used the stove 2x from September-February The only carpet was a small area and they charged $ 55 to clean… But it wasn’t cleaned for me when I moved in, as tons of people had walked through, so I had it organically cleaned. And the chemicals to clean? Old mop and broom and dollar store lavender fragrance Fabuloso they put on big water jugs. You would think with rents from $ 2500 we could have organic or less toxic cleaners. Forgot to mention the homeless people ringing the doorbells at 4am last Sunday. Hmmm how did that happen with the great security. Many times during the day, the front doors are open and staff is off on tours or lunch and everything is left unsecured. Including their computers, paperwork, files and doors unlocked, easy for anyone to slip into building and hid out. jAmie announces more parties and drink fest vs measures to keep residents safe. Like how about a $ 5 slow down sign at the parking garage entrance so pedestrians are no run over with cars racing out of garage? This place is a circus and I still get text from the remaining victims that are suffering. Oh yes, the walls are not sound proof And you will enjoy hearing your neighbor above you(hence why I moved from 507 to 609) because I work from home and the noise was horrific. Staff comes to work hung over and hides behind their personal laptops to avoid dealing with the horror. No timely responses to any matters from anyone. I sent Jamie an email regarding the homeless man and she used MLK holiday as an excuse why she didn’t respond. Which wasn’t until that following Wednesday when I had to go to office. Oh, forgot about the dog pee rooftop lounge. Several times I cleaned up large dog poop and dogs pee all the time. My dogs naturally want to mark behind it, but it’s only happened twice — but I know how to control my dogs. The elevators Have trash and staff ignores and waits for nice Lucy to pick up bc they are lazy. Even on my walk through, Jamie ignored the popcorn in hallway by elevator, but I picked it up. She is only concerned about her wedding day and that’s about it. She doesn’t lead by example, which is why it’s a circus. They all blame each other. So beware when you sign the lease, the show is over. Make sure your car is fully insured bc good chance it will be broken into and its your fault. If you like paying top dollar to live next to balboa park where it’s getting dangerous for women to walk alone in evening. Go to phony Broadstone. You can join the other resident that have joined together to hopefully get rid of the people that don’t care and fix the problems. If you like the smell of whatever someone is cooking on the barbecues on 5th level. Keep windows shut If you like the smell of pot in the hallways, go. I paid $ 50 per pet in pet rent(x2) and a hefty pet deposit. And no pet waste like other properties? And then to get an email to not let my dog off leash in lobby. Well based on the fact they pay rent and get zero amenities, I let them run free. Again, the worst and they are lucky I don’t post pictures and the first grader email replies I have received from them. Zero stars.
